Hacienda Beach  

Little, very cozy hotel on the piece of Maenam beach. Funny colorfull thai design, good restaurant. A lot of cafes and other facilities around. We lived in sea view bungalo (#3) - amazing accomodation for these money. Walked around - Hacienda better than all other variants.

Fantastic scenery, really amazing food, superb bungalows, very clean and serviced efficiently. Location and beach just perfect, not over crowded, sea just 20 feet from where we ate breakfast!

That they don't do evening meals, as the food really was fantastic!

room was right next to other resort entrance, so was a bit noisy sometimes; majority of rooms are facing each other so not much privacy if you want to open the curtains.

Beautifully designed budget hotel. Directly on the beach with a selection of cute restaurants and bars a short walk away. Relatively quiet part of Samui which was a bonus. Towels, locally produced toiletries and two bottles of water included.

Rooms are no more than huts albeit very attractive huts. A bit too close to nature for me as could hear the bugs and little animals all night. Drains in the bathroom got a bit smelly but can't complain for that price.

Clean and nice rooms. Beach not crowded. Pool villa very good for family with small children. Seems that this is the best hotel in the area

Clean and friendly staff. The Hacienda beach is right on the beah but you need a scooter to go to the near Fisherman village.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hacienda Beach. After a very busy work period followed by illness, I really needed to chill-out and recuperate. This was the perfect place to do it. Right on the beach, great weather and food close by. Nice and quiet (apart from one night where neighboring resort had a one-off entertainment event). If you're looking for action and/or adventure, this is probably not the place for you. If you're looking for some sun, peace and quiet and cheap but awesome eats and massages nearby, then you'll feel right at home. The bungalows were great. I didn't eat at the hotel, but can recommend Talay Restaurant for evening meals (head out of the hotel turning right to the Chinese temple. Turn right again and restaurant is right on the beach). Their red seafood curry and prawns with garlic & pepper were both excellent. For breakfast, you can't beat About Cafe - one street further up from Talay. Excellent eggs, pancakes, yoghurt/fruit/muesli combos, coffee and shakes for half the price you'd pay in the hotel.

Friendly staff, very nice room

Very pretty, fantastic location right on the beach. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Very good value for money including the food for which the slightly higher prices is reflected in the quality and presentation. I would recommend Hacienda Beach and Maenam as a great get away from it all destination.

This resort that was just renamed Hacienda beach due to new management

The room was clean and well kept. The staff well very helpful and speak good english. The beach is clean and not busy and there are plenty of places to eat on the main road.

We liked proximity to shops, beach restaurants and walking market on thursdays. Beach is good and you can swim normally even when water is low. We had our wedding anniversary and we've got huge basket of flowers as a present from hotel staff, which was a very nice touch. Thanks guys, you do care.

Beachside bungalow had a great view. Resort is small and quite.

Construction project next door was noisy. Restaurant was too expensive and limited in meals and service.

Great place! Everything was just perfect. Extremely helpfull and gentle jotel crew.

Op zich een aardig hotelletje kamers klein zeer eenvoudige douche. Probleem: wij boekten 4 nachten daar aangekomen zei de Franse manager dat we 2 nachten in het ene huisje moesten zitten zgn beachside en twee nachten in een ander huisje. Belachelijk! We werden als opvulling gebruikt.

Beachside is verkeerd woord! Geen zwembad

очень красивое место, уютное бунгало, один из самых лучших пляжей, который находится в 10 метрах от дома. очень приветливые владельцы, если у вас возникнут какие-либо вопросы обязательно вам помогут!

в туалете было сломано крепление двери - это единственное что можно отнести к минусам))

Arivés pour 2 jours sommes restés 5. En fait un des meilleurs endroits pour séjourner sur Ko Samui. Superbe plage quasi privée. Bungalows confortables disposés autour d' un petit jardin agréable et à 20 m de la plage. Bon accueil, tenu par des français, et restaurant de qualité.Peuvent vous préparer des poissons frais achetés aux pêcheurs. Wifi reçu sur les transats de la plage.

Petit déjeuner bon mais à diversifier. Clims un peu bruyantes.

Die tolle Lage direkt am Strand mit Sicht auf die Insel Koh Pangnan - einfach klasse! Bei Regentagen kann man sich kostenlos DVDs ausleihen, welche im zahlreichen Umfang vorhanden sind! Am Strand befinden sich hochwertige Liegen mit Matratzen und Schirmen, welche nicht nur schön aussehen, sondern auch äußerst gemütlich sind! Und: Es laufen nur sehr wenig Verkäufer am Strand rum!! Super schön ruhig alles!

Der "Chef", der im Grunde das ganze Hotel schmeißt, wirkte stets überfordert und gestresst. Für das Urlaubsgefühl ein wenig negativ... Zudem fangen nachts gerne mal Frösche an zu quaken - kann sehr laut sein, wenn es direkt vor der Tür ist!

Accueilli par une gentil français bien qu arrivant tard, le bungalow trés beau en teck dans un écrin de verdure, petit déjeuner au bord de la plage vue sur la mer azur, aprés midi sur les transats tranquillement, la belle vie grace au personnel et patrons trés aimables. A recommander sans hésitation

Ne pas faire comme nous et oublié la carte de l hotel pour rentrer le soir, dans ces conditions difficile de trouver où se situe le lieu de l 'établissement...

Die Anlage ist mit ihren ca. 15 Zimmern sehr übersichtlich und persönlich.

Der Strand ist nicht ganz so schön wie die jene auf der Ostseite, was jedoch nichts mit dem Hotel an sich zu tun hat.

Gute Lage direkt am Strand und zentral gelegen in Mae Nam. Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, tolle kleine Veranda, Anlage, besonders der Garten, sehr gepflegt. Gepflegter Strand. Gäste vorwiegend Franzosen, da der Manager Franzose ist. Gemütliche kleine Straße hinter der Hacienda, wo man bei "Pat - Mae Nam Village Restaurant" lecker frühstücken kann (gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältniss).

Leider kaum Palmen auf dem Resortgelände, geschweige denn am Strand. Die Anlage an sich ist ok, aber ich hatte immer das Gefühl, dass das gewisse "Etwas" fehlt, sie hat keinen Charme, nichts, das sie gemütlich macht, alles wirkte auf mich unpersönlich. Das Restaurant ist kaum besucht, auch keine Atmosphäre und teuerer als bei den vielen schönen Strandrestaurants außen herum. Auf keinen Fall Taxi zum (Flug-)Hafen über das Hotel buchen, man bekommt kein Taxi bestellt, sondern den hoteleigenen Minibus geschickt, der natürlich mehr kostet als ein Taxi.... Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Hotels stimmt nicht, außerdem hatten einige Gäste weitaus weniger als wir für eine Übernachtung bezahlt und hatten sogar noch Frühstück im Zimmerpreis inklusive!!??????

Это место для тех кому нужен релакс на пляже с возможностью экскурсий. Персонал в отеле только до семи вечера, все остальное в шаговой доступности. Хорошая кухня в "Сан Ремо" + меню на русском, хороший массаж в "Лек'с массаж", прокат байков напротив буддисткого храма, прачечная в пятидесяти метрах справа от отеля. Есть еще кафе "Синий слон", которое держат русские - Сергей и Лариса, очень вкусно и недорого. Сам отельчик великолепен для пляжного отдыха. Песок крупноват и золотистого цвета, вход в море отличный - сразу по пояс и затем пологие дно без ила. Персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный, менеджеры говорят на английском, французском и немецких языках (других не слышал). Управляющие/хозяева - французы, обслуживающие - тайцы, неплохо говорят по английски, по русски не говорит никто. Прекрасный экстерьер, довольно милый интерьер. Вся атмосфера пропитана уютом. Мы остались очень довольны. По достопримечательностям ездили самостоятельно, билеты на КоТао брали в одном из офисов недалеко от Кафе СанРемо. По четвергам ярмарка на улочках недалеко от отеля - очень мило и прикольно, рядом с буддистским храмом играла рок группа старые рок хиты и все пили пиво и коктейли - тасовка получилась замечательная! Отель находится в тихом месте, но все что нужно рядом. Очень реокмендуем!!!

Ну только то, что вечером надо куда-то идти, чтобы поесть и выпить чего-нибудь. Иногда не хочется никуда идти. Обратите внимание на время работы ресепшена!
