Well located place direct at Lamai Beach, Luxury Bungalow are big, nice and clean. Noisy, bungalow was next to water supply (noise of waterpump) as well staff mebers running around at least 5 until 1 o'clock in the morning, surcharge for credit cards, master card not working, owner seemed a bit confused. Biggest rip off: booked categorie was not available, got a better categorie instead but had to pay 2900 baht more.

Location: this resort is indeed right on the beach, it only takes a minute to walk there from the bungalow. Decent sunbeds at no charge. They also serve food right there on the beach, and have a small massage place, which is quite convinient. Price is good (for high season). We rented the simplest available option (wooden bungalow with fan). Staff was friendly and helpful. Electricity was cut off on the whole island for a couple of days at the beginning of our stay, and they provided candles :) Beach is clean. There was no mosquito net in our room. Also there was quite a lot of flies on the terrace near our door (they had a sort of a nest there and sometimes were very disturbing in the evening).

Low price on bungalow and close to Lamai beach. Do not choose this hotel. The female hotel manager tried to rip me off two times, tried to charge med double for the room and forget about the deposit. No room cleaning. Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Felt unsafe under my visit and when I went from my bungalow I felt I neded to bring all my valuble things with me all the time. No safteybox, no real locker on the door and for the most part, no WiFi conection. Loud noises 24/7, from motorbikes, employes and bars.

Friendly staff, clean and nice facility. Overpriced, like most accommodations in Lamai Beach. We tried to check out early but they would not give refund. They claimed this was because of Booking.com's polices but were unable to verify this. Their stated policy was that refund is possible except during peak season, which is still a month away. Anyway, we were disappointed overall.

Good location for off-season. Very friendly staff, especially if you now a little Thai and treat them with respect. Very good food in the restaurant. Older budget cabins are a little funky—but what can you expect?

только цена сразу хочу сказать - берут депозит, в моем случае его и не отдали - если вам утром выезжать - требуйте заранее, месторасположение - рядом впадает грязная река, большие волны. плесенью пропахло всё пастельное белье (матрас, полотенца, подушки, наволочки) бегают муравьи, в том числе и по постели

Выбирал отель только из-за цены.... о чем собственно потом и пожалел Во-первых, при регистрации взяли депозит в 200 бат, а вечером накануне выезда подхожу и говорю, что завтра в 5 утра уезжаю - верните депозит, а мне: - вот завтра в 5 утра и подходи, я всем скажу спать не будут - будут ждать... на деле-же ни одной живой души в 5 утра не было.. я так понял, это уже не первый такой случай.. Во-вторых, на море постоянные волны, рядом-же совсем находится устье какой-то грязной, вонючей реки, что соответственно сказывается на чистоте моря около данного отеля. В-третьих, услуги отеля: - за чашечку растворимого кофе из пакетика запросили 47 бат, при том, что в соседних отелях приносили кофе абсолютно бесплатно.. Ну и немного о чистоте: - всё постельное белье, включая полотенца пропитаны плесенью... Данный отель не советую.

Right near the water but far enough from main area that is was quiet at night. Close walk to the night market and bars. We stayed in the bungalows and it was a great place to stay if you are adventuring all day and just using the rooms for sleep.
