Stayed here for two nights with my girlfriend, absolute luxury. I could not find one fault during our stay. Staff were very friendly and villa was out of this world. It was slightly over my budget but worth every cent and you definitely get what you pay for. Unforgetable experience. |

The privacy provided by each Villa was what we wanted and is exactly what we received. The facilities in our Villa were exceptional and the chef cooked breakfast each morning in our Villa was very special. No issues. |

The experience was wonderful!! We went on our honeymoon for 10 days and they were all with plenty of things to do. The room is exactly how it shows on the website, the staff is very freindly, the location is in Kata Beach,on of the best areas of Phuket Island, near many restaurants and massage stores, near to the beach and about 15 minutes aways from Patong Beach and the shopping centers. The hotel is very clean and one of the best part is the breakfast and the barbecue witch can be cooked inside the villa just in front of us. Another wonderful experience was the 5 hours SPA, a very relaxing and renewal part of the trip. I would recomend for everyone going to Phuket!!! |

very nice hotel , staff were very very helpful and polite. I strongly recommend it. Birds attack breakfast when you finish so staff should remove it from your villa quickly which was the only disadvantage of this hotel. |

Something different from the regular beach resort. I like the indoor pool as well as the outdoor shower! Breakfast was served to our villa every morning! |

Malisa Villa was a very good experience. The villas are better than described in the website. The room was very luxury very clean an excellent room service. The restaurant menu was good the quality of the foods in really high standards. Moreover the spa services were really good. I believe that it is really nice for couples that they want to relax and have their own time. Really important is that the staff doesn’t speak English fluently. The prices for the room service and spas were as Europe but they really worth their money. |

The villas offer privacy and the staff is very friendly. The service is overall good. The hardware of the hotel is nice but needs a bit more maintenance and touch up here and there. Some areas look a bit worn out. |

The total privacy, and also the minibar was free up to a limit.The contrast between the busy streets of Kata and the villa's was hugh! Rooms tend to be renovated, I think. There are some little 'manquements'. When you need a villa with sunside all day, you better ask it before.. |

Perfect service, nice staff, beautiful suites with any utilities one may think off. The private pool and the outside lounge space was exactly as we expected. We have only good memories of the hotel and its personnel. |

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we had an excellent time here. The place is located in Kata, about a 5 minute walk from the Kata Beach. There were many restaurants and massage parlors just outside of the hotel and was in a very convenient location. We were surprised that the Kata Beach was more beautiful than Patong Beach which is the most popular resort area. |

Nice surroundings, located centrally and from a 10 min walking distance from the beach, peaceful atmosphere, privacy, breakfast, own pool Rooms need desperatelly renovation because of heavy wear, bad service, staff had poor english skills, wooden sinks were disgusting, water taps were industrial type and the piping was exposed and heavily oxidized, hard bed, noice carried from neighbour villas, AC was dripping water, no promised fruit basket even when asked for one, no privacy in bathroom, overpriced, outdoor kitchen attracted birds |
