A nice design hotel but no services, and a real carelessness. It is very sad to see how the personnal do not care about the building, the decoration, the food, the services, etc.A nice intention but no following. A lack of management. A great deception. |

The rooms were lovely and included a jacuzzi which was lovely. There was never anyone on reception and you had to cross the road to the bar and try and locate a member of staff who were always gossiping in the kitchen. The food in the bar was extremely slow, and often not what you had ordered. Check out was very slow and they charged us for the water in the room despite saying that it was free. We had two power cuts and the staff were unwilling to provide any alternative lighting, eventually we managed to get one candle off them. We were not compensated for the power cut. |

where it was in the village the house keeping was where poor standerd ,and breakfast very small portions ,for an american breakfast ,told manager and she said if you want more coffe toast etc you would have to pay |

la possibilita' di andarmene pagando solo due notti invece che l'intero periodo progettato le fotografie non corrispondono alla realta'.la spiaggia non esiste,ma al suo posto e' presente un porto di passaggio per pescherecci con tutto l'inquinamento che questo fattore comporta. |

Bel emplacement, personnel accueillant mais amateur dans le métier. pas d'eau dans la chambre le premier jour, puis eau noire le second jour alors que la communication de l'établissement se fait sur la balnéo dans les chambres...personnel pas professionnel. Beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation. Complètement décalé par rapport à la concurrence. |

L'accueil est fabuleux. Les chambres sont grandes et belles. Le bar-lounge sert d'excellents cocktails. Cet hotel de taille familiale est situé dans un petit village de pêcheurs et non perdu au milieu d'autres Resorts. C'est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir les richesses de Koh Phangan. On adore!!! |

Hotel "familial" avec un accueil extraordinaire. Chambre spacieuse et très bien décorée. Bar-restaurant lounge très agréable avec d'excellents cocktails. L'hotel est dans un authentique village de pêcheur et non pas perdu au milieu d'une multitude de Resorts. Un dépaysement total!!! C'est trop dur de partir... |
