Stayed in suite room which was comfortable size room especially when we have 2 small kids (ages 3 and 1). Tiled floor rather than carpet. Room size was advertised as 70 sq m but more like 55 sq M. small pool and water a bit dirty.

The location - close to both the old city and night bazaar The hardest bed in all the hotels we stayed at. The paper thin walls. The very loud Asian foyer & corridor music. The pool was murky/dirty. They charged extra for basic tea & coffee after saying it was part of facilities. Breakfast was sub standard - wide choice just badly over cooked with no care. Tea at breakfast was so weak as to be undrinkable. Front desk would not even book taxis. The fact that it's listed as 3 stars is a joke - it barely scrapes 2 stars.

The service provided washigh quality and the staff were all very pleasant to deal with The free wifi and Internet computers did not have regular Internet access. This was annoying as we had planned on using the Internet to plan and book our excursions in Chiang Mai

The location is execllent close to the night bazar and also close to nice restaurants. The rooms were nicely designed. The hotel is sorrounded by tourisme offices so booking trips is the easyest thing. There are a lot of little ants in the rooms, and the shower was either very cold or very hot. The pool is very small (more then two people swimming is a bit difficult).

Close to Night Baazar. Thats about all the city has to offer, but the excursions from Chiang Mai are great. If you book an elephant trek, insist on one that does not use the baskets. They injure the elephants. We went to Ran Tong, it was amazing. I've heard Pattara is also elephant friendly. Hotel has an old section and a new section. The old section is just that, old. It was clean but very dated. I didn't see any of the rooms in the new section, but I assume they must be better.

It is close to the night market. There is a helpful travel agent right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was adequate but became boring with the same thing after 2 to 3 days. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the massage facility on the ground floor. The doors was a bit warped and difficult to lock every time I went out. The pool is very small.

Not too expensive. Good breakfast included. As usual in se Asia, terrible air conditioning. Too loud, Too much air flow, even on low - blowing right all over you in bed! What is wrong with these people, don't they ever try their own products?

Breakfast was ok although not amazing The main hotel was ok but when we checked in we were given an older room in the side block. Very old fashioned. We subsequently checked out and found the same standard of accomodation for less than half the price. We would have stayed in this hotel and paid the price for a modern room.

The check out! The location is good but that is about it! There was ants in the bathroom, damp beds, no lifts to the 3rd floor, rude receptionists, poor breakfast, dirty tiny swimming pool. the entire hotel is showing its age.

The drivers and counter staff were very friendly, esp the man who spoke good English. Bed was comfortable and my boys love the 42 inch flat screen TV. Location is convinent We booked 2 room for the 4 of us (family with 2 boys age 11 & 13). The rooms were too big for comfort! It was very quiet and spooky feeling. We'd to change to a suite which cost more and smaller!! The 2 additional beds were not comfortable as it "sunk" in the middle. Breakfast buffet spread was good but after 2 days of almost similar variety it is boring. Should change the variety alternate days.

We stayed here in December 2011; and came back because it is so comfortable and friendly. It is right in the city centre. 5 minutes walk from the Night Bazaar, and 10 minutes walk from each of the Wararos Market and Thapae Gate/ Saturday Walking Street Market. Our trip in 2012 coincided with Loy Krathong and we had a brilliant view from our 8th floor room of the lanterns rising into the sky from the Ping river; and of the fireworks. We also enjoyed seeing the floats in the parade on the final evening of the festival. Being city centre, it can be relatively noisy; and there can be a lot of traffic fumes on the surrounding roads when walking out or travelling around the area.
