Es un hotel encantador con un jardin precioso; aunque no está en 1ª linea de playa, vale la pena alojarse allí. Está en lo alto de una colina, pero el hotel tiene un bus gratis que te lleva a la playa. El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y con buenas vistas. Todo bien. |

Muy buen servicio de masajes. Desayuno bueno. Bien localizado, a unos 10 min andando del Weekend Market. Habitacion OK. En España seria un 3 estrellas.**************Great massage, good breakfast. Good location, 10 minutes walk to Weekend Market. Room OK. In Spain it would have no more than 3 stars rating. Primera impresion bastante decepcionante. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitacion, con su respectivo coste,ya que la superior con terraza no se parece en nada a las fotos. Recomiendo una habitacion del edificio principal. ***********First impression really let us down, we had to upgrade to a room in main building, of course, raising the price of stay. Bien situado aunque los hay mejores, dentro del casco antiguo, que no tienen pinta de ser mas caros El suelo estaba muy sucio y no lo limpiaron a pesar de lo mucho que insistimos. De los tres precios que hay en booking, no se os ocurra coger el mas barato porque hay muy poca diferencia con el siguiente y, aunq en las fotos no lo parece, hay una grandísima diferencia. Vamos, q el más barato es una pocilga y el siguiente no está del todo mal (salvando el comentario del suelo sucio...). En cuanto a las instalaciones de las fotos... están justo ahí, en las fotos! el jacuzzi no está en funcionamiento (de hecho está super sucio), la piscina tiene el agua bastante sucia, es pequeña... en fin! q no es lo que parece en las fotos |

la habitación es amplia y el hotel está limpio. La piscina está muy bien para darte un baño en las noches calurosas. Muy cerca del mercado nocturno y zona de compras. Nuestra habitación sí estaba en el mismo edificio donde se encuentra la piscina (hay otras habitaciones en otro edificio) que no funcionaban los ordenadores para conectarse a internet gratuitamente en el hall. |

La ubicación del hotel,excelente,a 10 minutos del casco antiguo,del bazar nocturno y de zona de restaurantes y bares.También nos a gustado el personal,todos muy agradables.Habitación bonita,con buenas vistas y muy limpio.Relación calidad-precio excelente. |

En general todo,sobre todo en el edificio pricipal La primera noche nos metieron en una habitacion de un tercero sin ascensor,y muy tetrica luego pedimos cambiarla por otra con ascensor pero pagando al dia dos euros mas |

El hotel es excelente, el trato ha sido exquisito, ha sido una gozada el pasar 3 dias en este hotel. Ha sido el mejor hotel de todos los que hemos reservado en tailandia. No hay nada que no me haya gustado. |

La habitación era muy bonita y estaba muy limpia, el hotel está muy bien situado, el personal es muy amable, hay internet gratis y piscina. Buen desayuno. --- Beautiful & clean room, good situation, kind staff, free internet and swimming pool. El almuerzo acaba demasiado pronto - a las 2 más o menos - y no hay cena. --- No dinner. |

El personal fué muy atento. La habitación siempre limpia y bueno el desayuno. Buena calidad precio y muy cerca de Anusarn Market. No me gustó que la piscina estaba lejos de la habitación. En otro edificio y tenías que salir a la calle para volver a la habitación. |

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación muy cerca del mercado nocturno de la ciudad y no muy lejos de los principales templos y resto de mercados. Internet gratuito en la recepción. Buen desayuno buffet. La decoración de las habitaciones es muy escasa. Parece que esta sin acabar. |

La situación del hotel es muy buena, a 5 minutos andando del night bazar. El concepto de la limpieza en este hotel es más bajo de lo esperado, pero para pasar unas noches es buena la relación calidad/precio. Tienes 5 ordenadores para conectarse a internet gratuitamente, pero de estos 5, normalmente sólo funcionan 2. |

I really liked the family suite. It was the best deal that I got that provided good accommodation for a family of 4. The space was quite a bit and the layout was very convenient. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom, mainly the shower cabin. The shower did not work well and became too hot or cold. The location of the soap dispenser in the shower stall was odd and should have been on the other side. If one had to bathe a child, then one ended up drenched completely and to reach out to the soap dispenser, one had to wet oneself when putting soap on the child. The door to the shower cabin went and hit the towel racks inside and so did not open properly. This was badly designed as a door shouldn't be hitting the racks. There were also not enough hanging racks for towels and clothes outside the shower stall. |

Allowed early check in and late check out with out any problem. The size of the rooms was impressive and the price through Booking.com was excellent. All of the sights within Chiang Mai are within easy walking distance and the hotels position, half way between the Old City and the Night Bazaar was superb. |

The lobby was nice and up to the standards of a 4 star hotel. Our room was in the other building - budget type - and the room was nothing close to a 4 star- on internet the bed in the room is advertised as king size but it was in fact queen size. The room did not look like the image on the website at all - we trusted the picture we saw when booking: Our room was dark with obscured window leading to the backside, very old and not taken care of - many broken and chipped tiles, dirty bathroom handles, old stained toilet not to mention the bad smell in the room. The toilet had a shower with no curtains - taking a shower would inevitably wet the whole place. Apart from occasional dirty spots in the room we had a colony of ants crawling around. Lastly the bed: it was really uncomfortable and unstable: each time one of us turned, the other person inevitably woke up to the squeaking noise of the bed frame. We had a sleepless night. It is advertised 4 star but is not even close to a 2star |

Excellent hotel for the price. On the east side of Chiang Mai, close to the night bazaar and a stones throw from the centre. I would definitely recommend it for people travelling who want something a little more plush that the usual guest house. Yes the corridors are in need of a new carpet, but the rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. Definite value for money and i recommend it over hotels like Le Meridan. Nothing to complain about, but the carpet in the corridors could do with a change. However the rooms are immaculate. |
