Very good breakfast. Not noisy altought by one of the mainstreets.

Sun was shining just one side of the pool at a moment and the you had to chance a side if the was any room.

The hotel is under renovation. The staff did the best to cope with the situation

The hotel is under renovation. One of the 4 rooms I rented still had paint fumes. The staff doesn't understand how to program the new key cards, had to return 3 times in 1 week. The water is not hot in the rooms, only luke warm. The pool lights did not work so couldn't use after dark. The sauna/ showers rooms are no more being replaced by new rooms. The tread mill did not work. The hotel should be down graded to a 3 star

I like location the most. It's located near the beach and shopping mall. The room rate is not expensive if compare to the others. The room is big and clean. I also love the breakfast.

They make up the room very late. The check-in time is 14.00 but it was 15.30 I didn't get my room.

to far from the beach ,the 1st time i walked into room sink tap not working morning no hot water,hotel restuarant servic an food very bad,after complianing to hotel staff several times they upgraded my room which was not much better

Clean rooms.

Not really a 4 star standard. Power went out 6 times in 3 days.

I like the room that can access pool. Breakfast is so dilicious. I feel comfort when sleep on the bed.

Look like 10yrs hotel a little old. No security guard at front and parking staff. There are no modern LCD TV.

good hotel staff. Their food has really improved from last years stay and is free breakfast included. Very good food!

the free internet had several problems and they were not too fast in resolving the problem. I had to leave the hotel to book a room at the hotel at an internet cafe several miles away, I was not happy about this. Room service was very slow about cleaning the room, we had to call the front desk twice -no tip here!

Aamiainen oli laajavalikoimainen. Aurinkotuoleja oli tarpeeksi.

Allas tosi huonossa kunnossa, lapset saivat monta haavaa jalkoihinsa ja lisäksi seurueemme aikuisjäsen joutui tikattavaksi( 6 tikkiä) jalastaan,koska altaan reunat huonossa kunnossa, laatoja irronnut , teräviä reunoja. Myös vesi oli likaista, ei puhdistettu kunolla. Aamiasiella kylmää ruokaa, ei lämmitykset päällä tarjouluastioissa. Huoneet huonosti äänieristettyjä ( olimme aamiaisravintolan talossa), siivooja pitivät kovaa meteliä aamuisin jo 7 aikaan. Kuntosalilla torakoita...

เป็นโรงแรมที่ไม่ประทับใจเลย เพราะห้องพักติดถนนเสียงรถดังมากขนาดอยู่ในห้องแอร์ และเป็นโรงแรมที่ไม่เก็บเสียงเลยค่ะ ทั้งคืนจะได้ยินเสียงคนเดิน เสียงคนเปิดประตู เสียงห้องที่มีเด็กร้อง เรียกได้ว่าถ้าต้องการพักผ่อนไม่สมราคาเลยค่ะ ที่เลือกที่นี่เห็นในภาพมีอ่างอาบนำ้ด้วย แต่ไปถึงไม่มีอ่างอาบนำ้ ใกล้ทะเลมั๊ยไม่ใกล้ค่ะ เรียกได้ว่าไม่มีอะไรประทับใจเลย อ้อล๊อปปี้ค่ะที่มีคอมให้เช็คmailได้ รู้สึกว่าจะดีตรงนี้ละค่ะ ที่ประทับใจจริงๆ

Connexion wi fi efficace! A proximité un centre commercial tesco lotus fidèle à la chaîne, peu cher, très animé, possibilité de manger au food court pas cher, propre et bon!

Situation géographique éloignée des lieux d'animation. Pas d'animation dans l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner peu attrayant... Personnel peu motivé, pas souriant, sauf à la réception, peu poli! Ils mangent en présence de la clientéle petit déjeuner et regardent la télé!!!!!! Salle de sport peu entretenue,1 climatisateur en panne! Appareils ne fonctionnant pas bien, pas d'eau, pas de serviette, télé hors service...

Dit hotel heeft een goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. niet te luxe, maar wel goed voor uit gaan met familie. om eerlijk te zijn waren wij op 1 stel na, allemaal Thai. Voor ons geen probleem, want wij wonen in thailand. je hebt dan ook geen contact met de andere gasten. Het is geen nieuw hotel, en voor ons een betje wennen om je eigen dingen te moeten halen zoals baddoeken, maar dat vonden wij niet erg. het geheel maakte wel een gezellige indruk op ons. wat fijn was dat er gratis Wifi is, iets, wat niet overal standaard is in Thailand. Dat maakte veel goed, maar het is geen hotel voor een lang verblijf. Daar was het weer net iets te basic voor. De kamer rook niet echt fris, vanwege het oude aircosysteem. Oud interieur op de kamer

en erg donker. Voor Thaise begrippen schoon, maar niet zo schoon als een hotel voor buitenlanders. Dat komt door het oude interieur. Veel muggen op de kamer doordat het overdekte gedeelte donker was. ( gewoon spuitbus mee nemen). Omdat de prijs niet te duur was, was het acceptabel, anders niet. Ik denk dat de site niet geheel duidelijk was. ik dacht dat het iets luxer op de kamer zou zijn. Ik denk dat men wel moet vermelden dat het een Thai hotel is. het personeel sprak een beetje engels. Het ontbijt is erg op Thai ingesteld, maar men had toch kaas toen ik er om vroeg. Er werd goed bijgevuld en men was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam!. Als ik dit hotel aan raad, dan vermeld ik wel dat het basic is maar niet te duur is. als je geen luxe hotel gewend bent, is dit wel goed. het strand is op 15 minuten loopafstand. Geen slechte lokatie. geschikt voor families met kinderen, of als zij met gasten komen vanuit het buitenland. Nb; er is geen kidsclub aanwezig.

สิงอำนวยความสะดวกได้แก่ ฟิตเนส มีอุปกรณ์ใหม่ ไม่ชำรุดเหมือนที่อื่นที่เคยพักมา และสระว่ายน้ำสวย บรรยากาศดี แต่ที่จอดรถน้อยไปหน่อย

พนักงานไม่ค่อยมีความรู้เรื่องสถานที่เที่ยวในเมืองพ- ัทยา

price and location

I stayed at the new building which the hotel may have brought the building from other. It's the old building and the room isn't as nice as the room in the main building. I used to stay at Mantra Pura before, but this time I am a bit disappointed as I didn't expect to stay at that building behind the main building. The room decoration is different. I paid less because I got the room look like guesthouse. I feel I was cheated somehow. Anyway, overall is ok. I would recommend other to stay in the main building.

The large swimming pool was great.

The room was filled with lots of mosquito. The electric control pad by the front door seemed new and didn't work properly. The system for room service request/do not disturb didn't work at all. We had to request room service by phone before leaving for the beach; however, when returned after several hours the room were not cleaned. The maid service had to be called again.
