Mantra Samui Resort  

Amazing views, beautiful pool, helpful and accommodating staff, huge rooms and balconies, shuttles to Bophut and Chaweng, yoga, food...everything!!

The shuttle times could have been a bit more convenient for dinner - I.E. Chaweng services left at 5pm or 9pm.

The extremely restful environment coupled with the high degree of luxury. Fantastic views from all rooms and a great pool. Good shuttle service from the resort to the local beaches etc.

Nothing to dislike.

We could not fault any aspect of Mantra Samui and would definitely stay again.

The view was amazing and the staff very helpful. The food was excellent.

Pool was too small and it was difficult to get a lounge unless you started early or reserved it with your gear which many people did spoiling it for the rest.

Wé liked thé relaxed atmosphere and gym . Yoga & squash .Food was excellent but very expensive lovely rions and veiw .

Wé Did not like thé hill from thé réception to all thé rooms wé were at thé top tier of rooms the incliné of the hill to be honest is rediculous . Even though you get shuttled up on a golf buggy wé felt that it was verging on dangerous quote often the chargé would die nearing the top. Lovely resort but the hill up and down has detered us from visiting mantra again .

Our stay at Mantra was great. We were picked up from airport on time and brought to hotel. Hotel is located on quite big hill, but we knew this before we booked our stay, so it wasn't a surprise. The location is great and terrible at the same time. It's great because of the view, it's breath-taking. And it's horrible because of the hight, I don't recommend you to go up just by yourself. It's not a disadvantage though, because you can book free transfer to Bophut or Chaweng few times in the day, they will take you with air-conditioned shuttle bus. If you are afraid of walking up to restaurant or pool, or going down to the reception, don't be. They will take you up and down with a buggy car with a pleasure. Mantra team is more than just great. They are all nice, helpful and always with smiles on their faces. They helped a lot by dealing with our problems. They are people who care about the guests. I witnessed situation when they helped an older man came down the stairs before even asked. Then the food. Best regards to the chefs. The food is amazing, tasty and it's served like a little piece of art. And the coffee is delicious. We didn't have wait a minute to get a table for breakfast or dinner. We stayed in Cozy room, with day room and separate bedroom and spacious bathroom. Room is bright, big and just like its name - cozy. Air condition worked well. There was TV/PC in our room with movie list, but we haven't time to watch it. I really recommend yoga classes. Great experience. The pool. That's true that there is little room around pool area. If you get up early you can easily get a bed. But if you don't you can use the sun terrace, and there always were empty places. I don't think I could imagine our stay better than it was. We really enjoyed our stay at Mantra Samui. The boutique style was perfect and we loved the fun and thoughtful brand. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were relaxed and happy and provided great service. The facilities were excellent and the annexed day bed off the living area in our room was a great solution to give our son and us privacy... Super views and lots of space to chill. The food was very good... breakfast was fantastic and probably the best tea and coffee choices we've seen, which gets your day off to such a great start.

Mantra Samui resort is in a gorgeous location up the hills overlooking the bay, the rooms were gorgeous, the spa was lovely and the whole place encourages pure relaxation.

It was very clean, the staff were prompt and corteous. The shuttle bus facilities were fantastic and well organized. The gym was amazing with state Of the art equipment. The rooms were spotless and I had a fantastic experience and would recommend the Mantra to my friends and family!

The best thing was the view of rooms and pool. Very good place for honeymoon.

Just being far from everything else seemed like an issue. The reception entrance seemed more like a garage. Beside pool there was small room for sunbathing and beds were very pushed together.

The infinity pool was gorgeous...the staff was friendly and didn't have a problem driving us to our room which was up hill using a golf cart and back down to reception when we were leaving for the day.

They didn't give us new towels everyday, and when we asked for someone to fix the toilet, nobody came to fix it. They also tried to charge me again for the 4 nights we stayed there, upon checking out, and I had to explain to them that booking.com already charged me the full payment when I booked the hotel, it was fully prepaid, i guess because I didn't register myself at booking.com, that's why I was charged straight away. I was really shocked, so I showed them the charges on my online banking from June, when I booked the hotel. That ruined the nice experience.

Fantasic hotel and perfect for a romantic break away.Didn't want to leave!Staff are very friendly and helpful and the free shuttle bus service was a plus.

I travelled in a group with my 2 sisters on a birthday treat- holiday. Pampering and relaxation was our aim and this resort certainly lived up to those expectations. The staff were very friendly, helpful and assisted us to book an excursion and to go into the neighbouring villages.The service was excellent. The facilities do not disappoint either. we thoroughly enjoyed the cookery class at the resort delivered by the sous chef. We would all recommend a stay here.

The resort is located on a hill. It is necessary to use the resort's bus shuttle to get around or hike a motorcycle. The shuttle bus is complementaty and the timetable is very convenient.

Excellent service. Any complain or request is solved within minutes.

Insects and cockroaches in the bathroom. Limited choice in breakfast buffet. Don't stay close to the pool if you look for privacy.

It was simply wonderful. Nothing at all to complain about. We were being pampered, driven around and it really looked that have we ever had any additional wishes, they would be taken care of straight away. Highly recommended!

The Mantra is an amazing hotel, if it would be right next to a beach I would only go there! The Spa is amazing, so professional and if you come early cheaper prices. The stuff looks always after you the breakfast is incredible good with fresh juices (no cordio), sooo good coffee and salmon.... The beds are sooo comfy

The Mantra is not on the beach, its up the hill and also in the hotel you walk always up especiall when u have the standard rooms. But I have to be fair and saying that I had a bad earinfection and couldnt be bothered goin out anyways! Shuttles workin alright and I think 7, 8 a day. But u cant really walk somewhere to go out for dinner. So just get a Scooter and u will be alright.

De kamer is fantastisch en heeft een panoramisch uitzicht.Het ontbijt en vooral het koffieassortiment is buitengewoon goed.Het personeel is zeer klantgericht en vriendelijk.

Het hotel is gelegen op een berghelling en ligt geisoleerd.Je bent afhankelijk van een karige shuttleservice.Naar je kamer lopen is vanaf de receptie alleen weggelegd voor olympische sporters.Verblijven in dit hotel staat gelijk aan wachten op de shuttle-bus.Het zwembad en de ligbedden zijn niet in overeenstemming met het aantal kamers.Weinig privacy en dicht op elkaar.Het eten en drinken in het restaurant is onevenredig duur

View from the room to the sea, fitness room, staff in restaurant and reception were very friendly, food was good (dinner Buffet, breakfast buffet), internet access was perfect, air condition was super! Free dvd using in the room.

Room cleaning: was just terrible! The house cleaning team didnt clean the room very well. We broke a glass and the brokeb glace pieces were still there on the second day. We had also insects in the bathroom and the cleaning team didnt care about ( we had to complain first, then it was cleaned immediately) Pool: every day not enough towels. We asked for some but after 30 min it wasnt still refilled.. And it was in the middle of the day. Room numbers when check out: we had 2 rooms booked but they added the costs for dinner and minibar always to the wrong room no. So take a look at the invoice first before you pay...

Meeldis väga sõbralik ja hea teenindus, ilus ja kavaliteetne hotell, puhtad toad, väga hea hommikusöögilaud ja imeline vaade.

Asukohal on miinus, nii kõrgel mäe otsas, et ei saa hotellist jalutades mere äärde ega linna aga tasuta bussikesed kompendeerivad seda puudust.

La habitacion del hotel muy espaciosa, con una cama amplia, baño sin lujos pero correcto, con una ducha muy grande. Las vistas son impresionantes. El desayuno muy completo y variado. La piscina muy bonita. El gimnasio muy bien equipado con clases de yoga todos los dias. Todos los empleados muy amables y siempre intentando agradar y solucionarte las dudas.

Por poner pegas , la tele del cuarto no se podia girar y solo se veia bien desde el sofa no pudiendose ver desde la cama. La piscina muy bonita pero para ser un hotel que no tiene playa deberia ser mas grande y sobre todo tener mas colchonetas y mas espacio entre ellas porque estan totalmente pegadas. A mi la localizacion del hotel me parece perfecta porque esta alejado de todo y es tranquilo pero me parece basico alquilarte una moto para moverte porque dependes totalmente del transfer del hotel para ir a cualquier lado. Otra cosa importante son las cuestas para ir a cualquier lado dentro del hotel... muy empinadas.

总体没有什么不满意的。山坡的角度开始觉得有点惊悚，但习惯了也觉得挺有意思的。

Resort di lusso,educazione del personale e trattamento del cliente tutto di primissimo ordine. Camere eccellenti,servizio cucina e ristorazione praticamente perfetto. Vista panoramica dalle stanze e posizione della struttura,invidiabile.
