The location was good.the staff had no courtesy to knock and enter at the checkout time.He just inserted the card and entered the room.they couldn't even lend us a disposable spoon.The pool was not clean and was very small.wifi was slow.breakfast was good!

It was close to indira market and partunam market

Location is not so posh and hotel is probably getting old. No or poor wifi in the rooms especially on 26th floor. To reach 26th floor, you have to use stairs from 25th floor. We requested for connecting rooms as we had booked seperate room for children but did not get that on arrival. On second day, at our insistence, we were shifted from 26th floor to 21st floor in the connecting rooms.

The price is good but can bet matched elsewhere

It's not near the skytrain but there are plenty of tuk tuks around. Breakfast is less than average but there's plenty of street food nearby. Our second day they closed the pool with no notice for a function, very disappointing. The worst thing is that the hotel is printed in the wrong place on the map the staff give out and they don't correct it so it is easy to get lost.

The room is not like what was advertised, no view , the staff is ok and, the hotel is close to shopping areas and food shops,recommended for couples and families

Price - you get what you pay for.

Location - not near to shops/restaurants

+ location + room was spacious (and we got all 4 rooms next to each other as we wished, even though we made reservations separately) and quiet + breakfast + price-quality ratio (we got a discounted price though) + nice pool area (although it was small) on the 8th floor and there's sauna too!

- slow check-in and out (when we were checking out, we had to wait about ten minutes in the lobby so the housekeeping may check the room before anything happens at the reception desk), it doens't matter if you have enough time but in a hurry it isn't so fun. And you needed to know check-out time when you checked yourself in. - there might be staff behind the reception desk but if there is not an actual receptionist, they can do nothing (even answer any question) - it's really expensive to take taxi from the reception

It was walking distance from the big shops.

空港に向かうためのタクシーを呼んでもらった際、荷物が多かったので積むのが大変でしたが、ベルボーイの方- ２人が工夫をしながら一生懸命積み込んでくださったのが印象に残りました。とても親切でした。

El trato y servicio del, personal,aunque dificil de entenderse,ya que el nivel de ingles es casi nulo. Aparte de eso, el resto muy bien y friendly

Si la piscina necesita cloruro y esta abierta de 8.00 a 21.00,?porque me dijeron a las 9.30 que no me mewtiera en el agua que le echarian el cloruro entonces y estaria inabilitada por largo rato.?no seria mejor ponerlo despues de las 21.00 y listo?

el coonfort del hotel es excelente

la ubicacion, para mi gusto, es bastante regular. tuve que utilizar demasiados taxis
