over all service of the hotel is good I wouldn't recommend this hotel coz the location isn't safe and far from shopping areas. There are a lot of swindler's outside the hotel I would suggest also not to get tuk-tuk. |

Comparing to other hotels the internation telephone calls rate is high, additionally, the Hotel puts charges for unasnwered dialed international telephone calls. |

It is very clean and staff been very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and also really comfortable beds and pillows. Will go back again if visiting Bangkok. Should have more internets as only two for whole site not enough waited hours in quque before was available to me. |

The hotel was comfortable, friendly and reasonably located. Swimming pool and other facilities were good and the staff were helpful and cooperative. Nothing major but they were surprised by the price I was paying, which was way above their normal rates. |

Die Aussicht aus den oberen STockwerken ist atemberaubend!!! Das Fruehstueck ist sehr gut, der Service freundlich. Dieses Hotel ist sehr gut geeignet, um das laute hektische Bangkok zu besuchen. Sobald man das Hotel wieder betritt, freut man sich auf die entspannte Atmosphaere, die dort herrscht. Leider gibt es zum Fruestueck kein Muesli mit Nuessen mehr... |

El tamaño de la habitacion, su ubicacion La falta de fluido ingles del personal para comunicarse con el cliente/pasajero. Los alrededores dejan mucho que desear en cuanto a limpieza y gente que deambula por la zona. Incluyendo hasta un elefante en horas de la noche |
