The location was good.the staff had no courtesy to knock and enter at the checkout time.He just inserted the card and entered the room.they couldn't even lend us a disposable spoon.The pool was not clean and was very small.wifi was slow.breakfast was good!

It was close to indira market and partunam market

Location is not so posh and hotel is probably getting old. No or poor wifi in the rooms especially on 26th floor. To reach 26th floor, you have to use stairs from 25th floor. We requested for connecting rooms as we had booked seperate room for children but did not get that on arrival. On second day, at our insistence, we were shifted from 26th floor to 21st floor in the connecting rooms.

The price is good but can bet matched elsewhere

It's not near the skytrain but there are plenty of tuk tuks around. Breakfast is less than average but there's plenty of street food nearby. Our second day they closed the pool with no notice for a function, very disappointing. The worst thing is that the hotel is printed in the wrong place on the map the staff give out and they don't correct it so it is easy to get lost.

The room is not like what was advertised, no view , the staff is ok and, the hotel is close to shopping areas and food shops,recommended for couples and families

I was not aware that a child of 13 would be considered as 1 adult and we have to fork out extra monies because of this even though the room we have pre-booked was with 1 queen sized bed together with 1 single bed. According to hotel staff, this is standard practice of hotels. We never encountered such practice whilst traveling to China, Singapore or other countries.

Staff very friendly and good location

I had three meals in the restaurant and found only one exceptable in fact the third meal I actualy sent back and the price for a small beer was just to over priced

Sincere attitude of the staffs made my stay enjoyable.

Billigt, hyfsat läge om man är sugen på en shoppingtur. Härligt med pool.

Servicen vid poolen var usel. Priserna I baren varierade från gång till gång.

Ideální poloha, kvalitní ubytování, výborný servis.

Pouze 1 věc - při snídani většinou není pečivo, které si hosté krájí sami, přikryto ubrouskem. lidé tak drží krájené pečivo rukama, což je velmi nehygienické (z 5 snídaní byl k dispozici ubrousek pouze jednou).

el coonfort del hotel es excelente

la ubicacion, para mi gusto, es bastante regular. tuve que utilizar demasiados taxis
