Staff very friendly and good location

I had three meals in the restaurant and found only one exceptable in fact the third meal I actualy sent back and the price for a small beer was just to over priced

The location was good.the staff had no courtesy to knock and enter at the checkout time.He just inserted the card and entered the room.they couldn't even lend us a disposable spoon.The pool was not clean and was very small.wifi was slow.breakfast was good!

It was close to indira market and partunam market

Location is not so posh and hotel is probably getting old. No or poor wifi in the rooms especially on 26th floor. To reach 26th floor, you have to use stairs from 25th floor. We requested for connecting rooms as we had booked seperate room for children but did not get that on arrival. On second day, at our insistence, we were shifted from 26th floor to 21st floor in the connecting rooms.

The price is good but can bet matched elsewhere

It's not near the skytrain but there are plenty of tuk tuks around. Breakfast is less than average but there's plenty of street food nearby. Our second day they closed the pool with no notice for a function, very disappointing. The worst thing is that the hotel is printed in the wrong place on the map the staff give out and they don't correct it so it is easy to get lost.

Servicen vid poolen var usel. Priserna I baren varierade från gång till gång.

Price - you get what you pay for.

Location - not near to shops/restaurants

+ location + room was spacious (and we got all 4 rooms next to each other as we wished, even though we made reservations separately) and quiet + breakfast + price-quality ratio (we got a discounted price though) + nice pool area (although it was small) on the 8th floor and there's sauna too!

- slow check-in and out (when we were checking out, we had to wait about ten minutes in the lobby so the housekeeping may check the room before anything happens at the reception desk), it doens't matter if you have enough time but in a hurry it isn't so fun. And you needed to know check-out time when you checked yourself in. - there might be staff behind the reception desk but if there is not an actual receptionist, they can do nothing (even answer any question) - it's really expensive to take taxi from the reception
