Nice huge park, friendly staff
Poor bed comfort, just fair cleanliness, very so-so restaurant and not a real spa, more like a massage room with little privacy
Located in Nice surroundings Clean rooms
As a night stop on our 1000km motorbike trip this served well. The grounds of this complex are expansive and beautifully laid out and laced with water features. The restaurant was excellent.
The room was very nice, quiet and clean. Changing the room, or having special requests was no problem for the staff. The hotel has an excellent manager from the Netherlands, who knows about international standards and how to please and help his guests!
Because the hotel is the only alternative located in the outback between two cities, the owners seem not to care about anything at all, because enough guests are forced to make an inbetween stop here. The rooms are smelly. Generally it is dirty. Especially the restaurant and facilities are missing a washed floor and tables. The food in the restaurant in general, as well as the breakfast is very bad (not clean, not fresh, not healthy) and totally overpriced not even compared to Thailand, even to Europe. The hotel staff leaves a lazy impression and is very unresponsive. Additionally has major problems understanding and talking English. The place is run down and unaceptable dirty.
great staff great food great atmosphere and anthony is the heart of this resort!!! thank you so much for everything!
We stayed in Kasalong room which had good view of beautiful canel from the balcony. The room was clean and the food in the restaurant was ok. However, the bit disadvantage of the room was the bathroom which located in the front of the room and had bad smell. Other thing in the hotel was OK, the staff were very nice and helpful.
Magnificent grounds, lovely to walk around them and the surrounding area. Nice dining room. Very nice, big bedroom. Great proximity to a beautiful temple.
The staff was helpful and nice. Its a very beautiful place, a lot of nature. Rooms were large and decorated
Location requires a vehicle if you want to get out of the resort The showers were awful,no constant hot water The rooms smelled dampy There were animals all around making a lot of noise and with the sound of the river everything was very loud The restaurant at the resort was quite expensive and no western food other than breakfast which was poor
