The stuff was ok but they had difficulties with our room reservation. We felt that the reason was on our side when the receptionist didn't find the reservation (which finally was found). Empty but good restaurant and service. A view that opened from our 7th floor balkong was something that I haven't seen before - beautiful pool area, green forest all round, sound of nature. The location is quite far from eveything but suitable for us because we're travelling through. Not recommended for 2 weeks holiday etc. Lot's of business mens around, only quite tourists here. |

hotel is not clean and for sure this is not 4 star hotel as they are saying. I would say poor 3. |

The travel desk in hotel wants money for everything we went for the confirmation of air ticket which was wait listed the repersatative ask for the money for confirmation on phon,which I have not seen anywhere,the hotel excursion at travel desk is very expensive |

Breakfast buffet is widespread. The food served at cofee house is delicious and reasonably priced. If one likes a relaxed atmosphere and do not like the hustle and bustle this is a good choice. Good hotel for family with small chidren. Could have advertised more on the activities organised. I later knew that one can get an activity card. Nxt time will stay at Ao Nang beach where there are more activities and more eating places |

Krásná velká zahrada hotelu špína, zašlost, roztrhané závěsy, klimatizace funguje, ale špína z ní jen číší. Personál se v prázdném hotelu evidentně nudí, mají problém do hodiny v lobby donést kafe. Strašná, oschlá a špinavá snídaně. Celý hotel ztratil svůj lesk asi před 20 lety, kdy se tu evidentně naposled uklízelo. |

Hyggelig hotell i rolige og fine omgivelser, flott svømmebasseng, fin park. Hyggelig personale, som viste interesse for hvordan vi hadde det og prøvde å utbedre det vi var misfornøyde med. Rom nedslitt, hotellet burde pusse opp noe. Hadde forventet bedre vedlikehold, også av parkområdet rundt. Det virket litt småsjuskete. |

Hotelli oli kovin hiljainen ja siellä oli vain vähän ihmisiä sesonkiajasta huolimatta. Iltaohjelmaa ei ollut ja ravintolat olivat kovin tyhjiä. |

Vriendelijk personeel, kamers waren erg ruim, kamer werd goed schoongehouden, hotel had een mooi zwembad en de aangelegde tuin rondom het hotel was prachtig. Eten en drinken was erg duur, de westerse maaltijden waren heel slecht, lang op ons eten moeten wachten (iedere keer rond de 30 minuten) ondanks dat het niet druk was in het restaurant, de bediening bij het zwembad was slecht (poolbar was niet geopend en er kwam nooit personeel langs om te vragen of we nog iets wilden eten of drinken), massages waren 10x zo duur als normaal in Thailand |
