The staff were really friendly and they were very flexible. Rooms were clean. Wireless were the best speed I ever experienced in a hotel in Asia, and it was free. Perfect hotel for stop between connecting flights, or to stay at if you have early flight in the morning. If you think that you can do shopping at ease there, then you are not in the right place. |

family friendly, great staff, comfortable room, easy airport transfer. Some 5 star aspects at budget prices! sewage smell (but in my limited experience, that's Thailand?!) |

I spent there only 13 hours and most of that time I was in a sleep. Elevator would be nice. |

The hotel is only 5 minutes away from Suvarnabhumi Airport by car, and they offered to drive us from and to the airport. The room was modern and clean. Hotel staff were quite friendly, unlike those of a hotel in the city centre of Bangkok. The shower equipment was a bit week. |

Very good and super clean rooms. All interior was in a good condition. Best breakfast I have had in Thailand and very friendly and helpfull staff. I directly booked a second night. I really can recommend! Small balcony without chair or desk. |

They were extremely hospitable and friendly, They were very apologetic about slightly late pick up at the airport despite it not being their fault. We had forgotten to email our flight details and so they came out for us when arrived but got stuck in traffic. Very close to the airport and despite an early flight departure had little take away breakfasts for us. Is perfect for an over night stay in Bangkok as long as you don't want to go shoppping. |

Hotel Staff was very friendly , They pick me up at Suvannaphoom Airport and stop by At 7-elven for me :) very good service , I love this Hotel , So I think someone who want to stop by to waiting to change your flight this place is very comfortable for you cause it very close to the airport take just 10 min !! , and if you have time you can take taxi to secon square it greatttt this hotel not suitable to someone who want go to the city of bankok cause quite far from the city.. |
