Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can go to the police . I'm very sure someone from the housekeeping has stolen my IPad therefor I would never recommend this hotel to any one specially to my company staff and my family member .

-spacious flat. -full amenity kitchen. -staff friendly. -very good security. -clean. -wifi internet fast although not free.

-No mirrors in bed rooms -Swimming pool not indoor. -No mony exchange at front disk. -No hot water katel for tea ! hot water to be heated in old way on the stove. -No hear dryer. -Rooms needs more lightning, its too dark at night. -shopps not within waking distance.you need a taxi specially if you have kids.

This is the Marriott - what would you expect. Fantastic. Lovely enormous room with everything there. Really nice. This won't be the last time, and it was not expensive either.

The location was good, it took about 10 min to walk to central world. 90% of taxi drivers new where the hotel was located. The rooms where clean and comfortable, WiFi was good

We didn't have any issues.

This is a 5 star facility. The 3 bedroom suite our family of 6 used was comfortable and large enough for us to relax in the room. A full kitchen and a washer/dryer came in very handy. Close to the Sky Train and shopping and entertainment. The small grocery store next door came in very handy. Wi-Fi was good, and we had the most comfortable beds of all the places we stayed in Thailand.

The room was very well maintained ; clean, tidy and a good size. My daughter loved the roof top swimming pool and I loved the speculator views. The food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. I left my mobile phone in the room and had travelled to Phuket when I realised. The staff were really helpful and arranged for the return of my phone by one of their representatives at the airport!

The apartments location is ideal due to its peaceful surroundings and easy access to BTS chidlom station. good staff and nice building.

No free wifi in the rooms

WiFI should be available in all rooms free This is as essential as having TV's & telephones where we stay now

it was perfect from all aspects; I do strongly recommend it to all and I can assure you that you will never regret it.

I belieive that the room service menu and choices can be improved and developed.

Great apartments conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood near the MTR station and within walking distance of malls.

The Lobby and Reception was great. Overall a classy apartment. It is at a fairly posh location of Bangkok. The apartments are clean and well appointed and equipped. I guess that is why you are always safe when you opt for a known and established brand - there are no ugly surprises. Clean area, brilliant for family stay. Very central location of Bangkok, it is almost equidistant from all major areas that you would like to visit.

It is slightly high end area with lot of corporate offices - missed the usual hulaballoo of Sukhumvit with food stalls and small shops and non stop activity. Few road side food stalls are there but they wind up after 4 pm (i.e. after office hours). Didn't have access to a lot of massage centers 24 hrs. All activity in the area shuts down after 11:00 PM, which is not the spirit of Bangkok! The 2nd bedroom was a bit too small and crammy. No tuk tuk service to nearest BTS (Chidlom) and its too far to walk, especially with young children. Puts BTS out of option and you have stick to taxis, which can get expensive at times and also time consuming for the traffic.

The pool was great, i wish we had stayed longer, i cant recommend this hotel more highly and will definitely use Marriot again.
