Comfortable setting with western breakfast included - transportation was easily accessible to anywhere - tours were easily booked - they knew of less costly tours than those found on the internet which saved a lot of money - restaurants and other shopping within walking distance

this is little, but we had to pay for a coffee or tea refill

every thing,great place to stay it was my 2nd time staying there,and if i go back to Chiang Mia i will stay there again

It is a good backpacker hotel for a very low price (a guide said to us that it is one of the best guesthouses for this price) The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

The pools didn't look so nice.

The pool was nice, and the breakfast adequate. That's pretty much it.

Lots of stains on the sheets, and moldy showercurtains. Lots of better options for same price in Chiang Mai. One of the Receptionist ladies was downright rude, when all I did was ask for an extra towel to go swimming with. Everyone else was nice though.

The room is generally clean and could meet the basic needs while traveling. The price is includes vairous options of breakfast which is good. It's not far from the Tha Phae gate. And The staff is kind and helpful. Considering the price in the X'mas tseasons, it's not a bad choice. And I think most of the agencies and taix dirvers knows the location of the md house, which will be convenient for one-day trip to the elephant camp...

The hotel is very near the city center where everything happen!

very helpful staff - so polite. Lady, who organises Trips, is so helpful and friendly and does the world to make you happy and satisfied. Had lovely conversations with her. Will definetly return back next year. Can get sometimes a bit noisy as some travellers are there just to get drunk but the facilities and the staff makes it up. TRY the massage salon in front of the residence: The footmassage is a must do - you have the best night sleep ever and that for 200 THB! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay .... Messy entrance , no lift , scant breakfast

it worth my money... breakfast is nice... free filtered drinking water toilet with pipe water.... can book package from the travel agent just in front of the hotel massage n spa is also available within the compound...

they have a few staff that work at the counter... sometime you got the one that really can understand you, but sometime the counter staff act like they know what you say but based on their response, they are actually not....but they are actually nice

The mama at the reception desk is welcoming and lovely.There are 2 swimming pools in the yard and you can enjoy sunshine swimming outside.The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can find several one-day tour at reasonal prices for your choice.Only one regretful thing about the guest house ----there are ants running throughout the bathroom.

Location wasn't bad.

The price doesn't reflect the quality of this place. We got dirty sheets and towels. So we left after 1 night and found something much better for the same price.

In the north east of the old town, very convenient position, very close to the bar or the store, the service is really good, very friendly staff, excellent view. You can enjoy a computer room, 2 swimming pools and a gym at a reasonable price. Very good hotel indeed.

Nice hôtel but can find cheaper in chian mai for backpaker

交通很方便，出门没多远就是塔佩门，离很多景点都不远；前台人也很好，早餐也还不错

寄存行李没有一个凭证，房间也没有锁。有可能被别人拿走行李他们都不知道

地点优越，离塔佩门只有一百多米，附近有好多餐厅和酒吧。泳池边吃早餐，不错的

一楼的房间太多蚊子了。
