hotel bien pour quelques jours tres bon rapport qualité prix mais atmosphere un peu tchip personnel piscine pas tres agreable service long et trop chere pour la qualité proposé,deco des chambre moyenne pour l asie |

Hotel moderne offrant tout le confort. Personnel agréable et accueillant. Salle de sport moderne. Petite piscine supplementaire et bain de soleil sur le toit de l'hotel. Cocktail et happy hours autours des 2 piscines. L'hotel est construit en U, de ce fait, l'apres midi la piscine se trouve tres rapidement à l'ombre. Prix du petit dejeuner un peu élévé comparé à ce que l'on peut trouver aux alentours. |

Hôtel imposant,très classe et magnifique.Très belle piscine,propre.Digne d'un 4 étoiles. Chambre donnant sur un chantier et un peu malodorante. |

Close to the back beach at Phi Phi The front-desk staff were not overly welcoming or interested in the guests. Other staff were quite helpful. |

Swimming and enjoying the pool view, sitting in the lobby with nice wind..friendly staff..good location The cleanliness should be improved, like the bath mat in the room, we are staying for 4 nights, but the bath mat never get change, its very dirty, and we found hair in our bed sheet, toilet smelly. And amenities in the bath room also should be added, like toothbrush is only available upon request. |

We liked the value for the money and the open plan of the hotel with pool, etc. We didn't stay in much, but the breakfast was good and the staff helped arrange anything we wanted to do. You can rent scooters right outside and walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Not really, we enjoyed our stay very much. |

The hotel was in an excellent posititon close to all amenities at Patong Beach, the hotel has excellent amenities, the staff provide excellent service and always have a friendly smile. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a hotel in a great location and priced very well for the facilities and service they provide. |

The aircon could not be adjusted and the room was too hot. Although we complained 3 times the best that the hotel could do was provide an extra key card so that the aircon could be left on constantly. |

Hotel is ideally located. Quiet enough at night but close enough to all shopping and night life. Hotel was well equipped and staff very acommodating. Rooms good size and very clean. Excellent hotel for money. Because the pool was surrounded by the hotel building on 4 sides it only got sun until about 3.30 - 4pm. |

Schönes Hotel. Geräumige Zimmer. Hotelmitarbeiter achten sehr darauf ob verschiedene Frauen mit aufs Zimmer genommen werden. Als ich meine Freundin (Thailänderin) eingetragen habe, wurde diese von der unverschämten Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption doch tatsächlich gefragt seit wann wir beide zusammen in einer Beziehung sind. War schon kurz davor mich beim Management zu beschweren. Dachte dann aber "geschissen drauf". |
