Hotel was excellent, but we had to change rooms after two nights of very little sleep. The air conditioning was really noisy as the unit is on the terrace. We asked to change rooms which was done without fuss very efficiently with the offer of free breakfast for the rest of our stay. The next room was much quieter. Breakfast time they are rubbish at cooking eggs |

The hotel was really worth of the price. Staff was very helpful, the room was beautiful and breakfast was good. I liked the pool area much. The location was also good, the new shopping complex Avenue is very near and the beach is easy to go. |

The location is very good though away from the main area, but they have 24 hrs Pickup/drop services free, swimming pool, bar, SPA excellent, the staff very excellent in providing the information and services. The Shower area could have been made little bigger. |

Have stayed in this hotel for the second time already and everything is really good. Fair prices, good service and excellent (imho) location. Recommended and will certainly stay there again next year :) |

otel rezervasyonum 12 kasımda olmasına rağmen ben phuket programından dolayı 14 kasım tarihinde otele giriş yaptım ve booking conm rezervasyonumu dikkate almayıp 14-20 Kasım tarihlerini tekrar kapıda giriş yaparak iki kez; benden hem sitenizden yapmış olduğum konaklama tarihinin tam parasını aldılar.hemde 14 kasımda yaptığım girişin parasını aldılar.Böylelikle iki defa kredi kartımdan 14600 ve 15000 baht konaklama parası tahsil edilmiş oldu.Eğer booking com rezervasyonum gününde gelmeyip giriş yapmadığım taktirde iptal işlemi görmüşse normal şartlarda 1 günlük hesabıma konaklama ücretini şarj etmeleri gerekirdi.Mercure otel resepsiyonistleri 7 günlük ücreti bana şarj etmişlerdir.Aynı zamanda 14 kasım -20 kasım tarihleri arasındaki ücreti al |

La disponibilità del personale e la discrezione. La pulizia della camera non era effettuata sotto uno specifico controllo, venivano a mancare le saponette, ed altro per la toilette. E bisognava ricordare di metterle. Le lenzuola sono state cambiate su mia richiesta dopo tre giorni. |

Sijainti hyvä. Hotellin luokitukseen nähden kaikki oli ok. Aamupala oli hyvä, mutta hinta suhteessa Hotellin voisi olla edullisempi, ehkä kaksi eri hintaa olisi paikallaan, jossa toinen olisi kevyempi versio. Aamulla kaikilla ei herättyään ole vielä nälkä. |
