Room was really good, we booked a suite premier, a little bit noisy though.

You could see that the hotel was really new,lack of services,like asking for towels, breakfast not served at the time we requested,information about sightseeing not really good

The location was good. (about a 10 min walk to the Asok BTS station). But not all taxi drivers will know of it offhand. There is a day market (weekdays only). The room was spacious. Bed was too comfortable (zzzz)

The amenities are still not fully up. Also, the three rooms that I had booked did not have the same essentials. For example, not all rooms had kettles or flasks or rubbish bins. Breakfast orders were also mixed up througout the stay there

The hotel is new and not completed yet so most facilities are not available. Bathroom is given only a soap bar. Breakfast has to be taken outside the hotel at the nearby foodland. It is plain and minimum, anything extra will be charged. Have to walk about 15mins to the skytrain.

The staff is very nice, kind, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is clean and new (the construction are not yet finished) and the hotel is not far from the airtrain and the metro stations.

I would have enjoyed it more if the hotel has more facilities like a pool or its own restaurant. Also, because the constructions are not yet completely finished, the noise can be disturbing. But after all it was a good experience and the staff is really nice, helpful and kind.

The sink in the kitchen wasn't clean, there were big brown stains in the tablecloth, the showerdoor did'nt close, there was a huge hole in the ceiling of the bathroom, the shower in the bathtube was'nt working, there wasn't enough waterpressure to fill the bathtube unless you waited a very, long time.And we had to walk 500 metre to a restaurant in a supermarket to get a very poor breakfast.

La situation de l'hôtel, assez bonne même s' il est situé assez lion dans le Soi, et le dévouement du personnel.

L'hôtel n'est pas fini, il est donc encore en travaux et présente de gros problèmes de finition (escaliers irréguliers, fuite dans les chambres les jours de grosse pluie, placard ne ferment pas, luminaires manquants, etc...)
