Everything you'd expect from a 5 star Hilton. The executive suite was beautiful with magnificent views over the city and the executive lounge is an added bonus. Fabulous.

Excellent, even when compared to other Hilton. Breakfast is great, restaurant choice and roof top bars are splendid, rooms view is fabulous. It is pleasantly surprising even when expecting a Hilton. A good stay for a city like Bangkok that needs comfort. Internet is unreasonably expensive.

Location was good for me. Great price for modern rooms. Pool was a bit mildewy where the chairs sat in the water, not as glamorous as the picture.

There is a lovely ambiance in the hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful it is a luxurious place to stay amid a busy city.

Brilliant hotel. Very classy. Friendly staff and very helpful. Great restaurants although a little pricey but normal for a hotel like this. Room was very comfortable and a reasonable size. Pool facility was amazing considering it is a city hotel. Really creates a "resort style" feel even though it on top of a building. Location is a little inconvenient being on opposite side of river to the main part of the city but hotel provides a ferry service every 15 minutes so not a huge deal. Location generally isnt great with not alot of choice of shops or restaurants outside the hotel unless you want to cross the river then hit this city.

we were charged £9 per day for the internet connection. Our daughter stayed in a 3star back packers and had a great buffet breakfast and free wifi and internet. three different prices for the same drink in three bars. At the same hotel. We could not work that one out.

Hotel potters were good house keeping staff were good Staff at the front desk, had the worst attitude, as though trying to do a favour for us, location not that great most taxi ppl don undst, Break fast buffee was sad, in total bad place to stay

Wide choice of high quality food for breakfast and dinner. Modern (opened in 2006) and very clean. Complimentary shuttle service to central pier / Skytrain station. Shuttle service to central pier/Skytrain station should be more frequent. SPA expensive compared to city cost of living.

Amazing hotel, amazing service, non-stop smiles, both on the personnel's faces as on ours! Not the cheapest option, but probably the best! We do not have one complaint after our stay during our honeymoon!

The value for money is excellent! It was mine and my best friend's birthday when we were there and we got surprised with delicious cake waiting for us in our room, were invited to dinner and drinks by a member of management team and enjoyed every single instance of our stay.

The location. The excellent service and staff. The breakfast restaurant. I got the less interesting room view, west side. The fact that the window was too high making it possible to enjoy the city view only when standing up or sitting high on a chair close to the window. Relatively small room. No free of charge internet connection in the room. .

Very professional staff and ready to help at all times. On our check out day, we were able to enjoy the pool and spa until 7PM, which was very nice, since we had an evening flight out of Bangkok Unfortunately the prices of this hotel are quite high. I didn't mind paying nearly 20 euros for one cocktail, but was a little shocked when I got a bill of over 100 euros on drinks we had consumed. Breakfast and dinner are very nice but you have to keep in mind, you'll pay for it ;-) If you like Thai cuisine, I recommend the restaurant called 'Be my guest' just next door to the Hilton at the back.

Excellent service and facilities. Nice location with free boat ride to Sky Train. Very nice breakfast with a wide variety. Dinner at Prime restaurant was over-priced and food was not good at all (sea food)
