Location on Riverside/Bangkok with shuttle to Thaksin bridge, nice and quiet rooms, stunning river cafe/lounge and roof top terrace, nice room design and big bath rooms. Great gym (24 hours!) and pool area. |

The position is unbeatable with open views of the Chaopraya river. The shuttle boat is not just useful it is a lovely experience. It was slightly impersonal. No complimentary drinking water. |

The location was excellent as were the rooms, facilities and staff. The Club facilities were delightful and well worth the extra cost. Pool area was unique and superb. The complimentary shuttle boats across the river were efficient and very welcome. A very good value for money, higher quality hotel. Complimentary WiFi to Club rooms, as found in other similar hotels, is the only improvement I can think of. |

One of the best designed hotel interiors I ve ever seen. Great quality luxury materials. Good quality food. Great bar at the top with the perfect atmosphere The staffs english is sometimes hard to understand, they are very friendly though. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, with a great transport service though. |

The facilities were very good, although on the south bank, the free shuttle boats were a pleasure and it was lovely to retreat to the hotel after a hard days walking! the shutters through to the bathroom, when to toilet door does not go all the way to the ceiling!did not enforce the executive club rules- some clothing devalued the concept. |

I booked for a room river side and really it’s nice to get couple of nights there as I stayed in 19th floor. Its little bet far from the shopping area but it ok to relax. |

The Millenium Hilton has a very good location. As a chain International Hotel,was just one situation that dissapoint me. My reservation was just for the room. So, I inform the Hotel during my Check inn that I want breakfast too. The Reservation told me that is ok if I pay additional the breakfast which was of course acceptable. Next morning during my breakfast a waitress come to me and ask me for my room number. She saıd ok, five minutes later she came back and told me that in my room reservation breakfast is not included, which I was already informed about that. I explaim to her again and again that I will pay the breakfast additioanl. That was the only thing which dissapoint me. |

great hotel ! we have booked an executive suite at a very competitive price. Really large room, nice bathroom. Service was good and quick. Especially the club floor was great, great sights and nice breakfast and snacks all over the day, and in the evening wine and nice fingerfood. swimming pool is also nice, with a little sand beach, but pool size is a bit too small, recently some new jacuzzis have been added on the pool area. All in all: a very comfortable hotel. The location is not to bad, just take the hotel boat over to the other river side and there you can directly hop onto the skytrain. |

Everything! This hotels is really nice. Rooms are beautiful and very clean. Staff is excellent. De pool and bar are great. Breakfast is exquicite. We where very early at the hotel but it was not a problem to check in. |

I really loved the staff in the reception, so friendly and very helpful. I think the boat service to the train station and River city is excellent. The hotel is stunningly beautiful and I would very much recommend it to friends. Last time I was in Bangkok I stayed at Lebua Statetower and I liked the Hilton better. Me and my friend arrived very early in the morning and we did get access to the room right away which was great. We payed for an extra breakfast and went to the dining hall. My friend had some soup and in it he found a little worm, one of those that seem to like lettuce. I am not squeemish about these things and i have work in hospitality for a long time. I know that sometimes these little bugs does not get washed out of the vegetables, it is something that just happens. I told the waiter about it and he showed the worm to one of the supervisors in the restaurant. She saw it too and I was a bit sad to see that she did not come up to us to apologise for the incident. I did not expect any form of compensation, just acknowledgement. |
