Millennium Resort Patong Phuket  

Hotellet ligger tæt på stranden, butikkerne og restauranterne. Personalet er venligt og imødekommende. Ret omfattende morgenmadsbuffet.

Værelset er disponeret lidt mærkeligt: håndvasken er ikke placeret I nærheden af toilettet, men I entreen, og her er der I øvrigt ikke nogen knage til håndklæde. Rengøringspersonalet var ikke altid opmærksomme på at der manglede toiletpapir.

Godt værelse, smilende og venlig personale, flot morgenbord med alt hvad hjertet kan begære.

Great and close to shopping centers and outside markets. Great location.

The breakfast was bad for international chain. Most the food were Indian food for breakfast.

Easy access to all shopping areas in the vicinity. English speaking staff.

The hotel is all about $$$$. They hold more than what you need to pay for the room in your credit card when you check in as if you will runn- off without paying them. On the day when I checked-out I had problem with my credit card because of the held amount and it took a while to rectify it. I've stayed in many 5-star hotels in the region but never encountered such a practice. Moreover, the hotel standard is not up to the 5-star rating. The hotel charges for every single thing....not a value for money hotel.

great location and a wonderful pool!! The gym is ok.

the internet is not free and quite expensive / i asked for a late check out or even for one more night. they told me that the hoitel is fully booked and it is not possible. But they still sold rooms in the internet (booking.com) for this day. So I spend a full day before my flight in the evening on the street. I was thinking to book the room via internet but that would be a little strange if they tell me in my face that the hotel is fully booked (I am sure it was not).

Most rooms are situated around an elevator, that made a banging sound every 2 minutes. Impossible to sleep! After 2 phone calls the suggested it was from the elevator! They offered us to change room, on the other side, next to the same elevator!! After explaning again, we don´t want a room close to the elevator.. We changed room, with no view (as they said) We just wanted to sleep. The view was terrible, that was what we had to look at taking a drink on the balcony. The pool in the pictures, was in the other building. Breakfast was indoors, cold. No good breakfast food, bread old. Not good at all. No walking distance to the beach.

the location of the hotel was near every things you need, the room was big and comfortable, very clean

When I arrived after a long journey, the receptionist asked me to pay more in the amount to upgrade my room!!! if I want to pay more money to have done it since the beginning.If she is welling to do it, it should be complementary.

on new year's eve we had a good view of all the fireworks display from our balcony

room size is too small and the rate charged was not worth it. We were given a superior deluxe room with a big balcony only to be told that due to the size of the balcony it was categorized as a superior deluxe room. We were not amused.

Nothing good here, disappointed to the max

This is not a 5 star hotel, this is more like a 3 star. Its nothing good about this place, i say do not stay att millenium and i do not understand why its got 5 stars ?

I like the location of the hotel, which is attached to a shopping mall, and it has an open area of swiming pool.

I didn't like the busniess center, it should have access to the internet 24 hours free to all cuset, instead, they instruct us to use the same access given to us in the room, which requiered a log off form the internet in the room inorder to allow another access within the busniess center. This is totally un acceptable and waiste of time to know such things. Also, in a time of check out, they didin't help to use the internet to print some documentations, why, simply becuase I am not a guest anymore...!!!

The hotel has a good location right next to a shopping centre. The beach is around 15 min walk via the "entertainment" street.

The first room that was given to us had a horrible situation, just overlooking a parking lot and concrete roof. Thankfully, the manager agreed to relocate us to a pool view room. Please note that the hotel has no sea view rooms.

No wifi in the room, The fees for adsl are so expensive 400 bath for 24 hours. No a real 5 starts hotel.

Rooms where big enough and the bathroom/shower is expected for a 4 star. Breakfast can improve as it's the same every day!! Staff are pleasant in the restaurant - But need to have english speaking staff at check in and out. Internet has a clench as it keeps switching itself off but it still get charged to the room. Location is good but can be very noisy especially in December - Top floor is much better.

Breakfast can improve. Pick up and drop off to airport should be included at that price.
