The hotel was in a good location to the main nightlife of Phuket with a 10 minute walk tothe beach. The room was clean and had all the amenities you would expect of a 5 star hotel. The pool was well kept and the Spa facilities were good. Breakfast was superb with an excellent choice for all nationalities. Whilst the reception staff deal with an international clientele, I found that they did no always fully understand your requests which consequently led to your request being carried out. |

It's next to a nice shopping mall, near to beach you have mentioned that you provide airport transport, but when I called from airport, they sayed we charge for that |

Central location made it easy to get to shops and restaurants.Room was large and well presented,opening straight onto swimming pool. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast staff were particularly good. Our pool access room only had one deck lounge,and staff did not react well when we asked for a second one.Lack of a wi-fi. |

Great hotel staff, very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is very nice. It is located centrally white lots of shops, restaurants and entertainment just next door. Design is perfect. This is second time we stay at this hotel and it is sure we will come back again. |

Staff should improve English. Sometime was very difficult to communicate. A wider range of international tv programs (Western European) would be desirable. On Lakeside section they should try to eliminate mosquitos due to the prensence of the inner lake. |

The hotel is at a strategic location in Patong area, near the night life and linked to the Shopping Mall.. short walk to almost all of night activities The only drawback is that it does not have its own beach, where you need to walk about 7 minutes to reach to the public beach of Patong. The hotel offered only two trip rides by a minivan to the beach, but did not offer a ride back. |

All that you could wish for - private spa outside the door, great breakfast, shopping mall and bargin stalls within the complex and easy 10 minute walk to the beach. There is no shuttle bus to airport provided - be prepared to pay for airport limosene - cheaper than taxi. |
