Millennium Resort Patong Phuket

i liked every thing in the hotel.

The only small thing which i didn't like is that it wasn't clear to us during booking that the hotel has no beach. its 10 mins walking to the beach but still it wasn't mentioned clearly.

I think the hotel should arrange the open bed service, and the house keeping service can do better.

There were some DM on the desk and sofa because I didn't orgaize them after read it, I think the house keeper can help me do that not just let them stay in the same way.

The staff was very professional and very halpful with all of our requests

Good location but strange with shopping mall next door - facilities at pool very good.

Could have done with some music around pool. Breakfast was rushed if got into restuarant after 10.00am but food good.

If you like shopping and the area around Jungceylon the location is optimal

It is difficult to call it 5 star considering the quality of the room.

The best part was the Cabana room joining the pool, with its own private Jacuzzi. Room a good size.

Excellent Hotel ! (Cabana room with the private access to swimming pool is very comfortable). Hotel staff is well trained and always helpful. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. Business Centre is available on 5th floor. Hotel is next to the shopping mall, which is full of different cousin restaurants. 2 minutes by walk to Bang La Road, 10 minutes to beach !! Good selection of TV Channels.

Nothing really. Hotel completely met our expectations.

The service and the breakfast were very good. The Cabana rooms are very nice, but would prefer the vanity basin in the bathroom, not in the room.

We stayed in the Cabana room, which was very nice. However when it rains in the afternoon you cannot go outside onto your verandah because it is not undercover and the rain beats onto the sliding door to the room. It would be good if the roof area of the verandah could be covered or partly covered, so that it can be used in all weather conditions. The reception check in/check out is very slow and alway's has many people waiting to be served. Perhaps a bigger reception desk would be good.

The resort looks posh and clean. Location is excellent, situated right in the heart of Patong Town. If you love shopping in Jung Ceylon and lazy to walk then this is the place for you. (the mall and resort are connected side by side).

Nice Hotel...all ok

They could switch us to different sides of the hotel as there is a lakeside and beachside. Beach side is closer to the pubs, but if you stay in lakeside, there is a tuk tuk service that runs 24 hours a day.

I don't like the price is not really worth it for the hotel. I would pay maybe 70% of that i paid.
