Millennium Resort Patong Phuket  

I didnt like the aggressive nature of the staff when guests want to bring a local girl back to the hotel. They wanted to charge an additional 1000 bht and were very aggressive in their nature. This is not at all welcoming and in the future the staff need to understand that the hotel room (in most cases) accommodates for two people so if anyone brings an additional friend back to the hotel that should not pose a problem.In addition, the internet service should not be charged for. Most luxury style hotels offer this service for free.

Good location for downtown Phuket and close to all the towns attractions especialy the Mall

The room we booked was described as a Cabana with a pool view. The words were accurate I suppose but the view of the pool was a 2 mtr strip and a brick wall not very inspiring at all. After complaining we were upgraded. My recommendation if you are trhinking of booking this hotel is be very carefull on your choice of rooms, some have terrible outlooks!

the internet is not free and quite expensive / i asked for a late check out or even for one more night. they told me that the hoitel is fully booked and it is not possible. But they still sold rooms in the internet (booking.com) for this day. So I spend a full day before my flight in the evening on the street. I was thinking to book the room via internet but that would be a little strange if they tell me in my face that the hotel is fully booked (I am sure it was not).

good location to beach and bars. The shopping mall is really good for everything. Great pool. Good gym. Good airconditioning. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was good.

little high in price compared to other hotels. Joiner fee (to bring a quest in) of $1500 baht is very high. Lots of noise from the hotel Disco. The driving bass continues till 3am. Had "lakeside" room which is supposed to be less noisy but it faced the Disco. Some rooms do not have the noise problem.

the location of the hotel was near every things you need, the room was big and comfortable, very clean

When I arrived after a long journey, the receptionist asked me to pay more in the amount to upgrade my room!!! if I want to pay more money to have done it since the beginning.If she is welling to do it, it should be complementary.

Staff was awful and the way of treatment not even anywhere of 5 star hotel and we reserve 2 single bed room but when arrive there they said we dont have 2 single bed but instead we will give you free internet with late check out but we didnt agree finally the magicly found for us 2 single bed but because of what we ask they did not give us late checkout !

housekeeping comes by in the evening to ask if we need more towel/ toiletries. and the provision of sterilizer, baby playpen and baby bath tub which helps a lot with our baby with us.

hygiene (mosquito) problem, faulty bath tub stopper (design fault, I was told), erroneous welcome letter (which was addressed to the wrong guest). despite all these being brought up to the general manager immediately via both email and guest letter, the reply/ apologizes came late and without any visible actions taken.

The location was superb... Adjoined to the Jungceylon shopping centre and 5min walk away from bars, restaurants etc. Staff were excellent. And really glad we decided to upgrade to a cabana for our last night.... They are out of this world.

The hotel has a good location right next to a shopping centre. The beach is around 15 min walk via the "entertainment" street.

The first room that was given to us had a horrible situation, just overlooking a parking lot and concrete roof. Thankfully, the manager agreed to relocate us to a pool view room. Please note that the hotel has no sea view rooms.

No wifi in the room, The fees for adsl are so expensive 400 bath for 24 hours. No a real 5 starts hotel.

Rooms where big enough and the bathroom/shower is expected for a 4 star. Breakfast can improve as it's the same every day!! Staff are pleasant in the restaurant - But need to have english speaking staff at check in and out. Internet has a clench as it keeps switching itself off but it still get charged to the room. Location is good but can be very noisy especially in December - Top floor is much better.

Breakfast can improve. Pick up and drop off to airport should be included at that price.

Very good location if you don't want to be right on the beach.
