i liked every thing in the hotel. The only small thing which i didn't like is that it wasn't clear to us during booking that the hotel has no beach. its 10 mins walking to the beach but still it wasn't mentioned clearly. |

location was perfect.cabana room was nice.i agree to try this one coz it is good choose. need to have more security surround.night time so danger out there.need to provide top cover in cabana room to prevent raining water pass to balacone |

I think the hotel should arrange the open bed service, and the house keeping service can do better. There were some DM on the desk and sofa because I didn't orgaize them after read it, I think the house keeper can help me do that not just let them stay in the same way. |

Staff very polite, friendly, and very respectable and always willing to satisfy any situation big or small. Probably could do with a entertaining room, like pool table or recreation room for adults to enjoy with a night cap before bed. |

Good location but strange with shopping mall next door - facilities at pool very good. Could have done with some music around pool. Breakfast was rushed if got into restuarant after 10.00am but food good. |

The best thing about this Hotel is that He is in the midlle of the patung trading area where U can find every thing around, the rooms r clean and comfortable, the room dining services are not avaliable after 10:30 pm, and also they should put a note for the mini bar prices so we know when we use it.nothing else |

Excellent Hotel ! (Cabana room with the private access to swimming pool is very comfortable). Hotel staff is well trained and always helpful. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. Business Centre is available on 5th floor. Hotel is next to the shopping mall, which is full of different cousin restaurants. 2 minutes by walk to Bang La Road, 10 minutes to beach !! Good selection of TV Channels. Nothing really. Hotel completely met our expectations. |

The service and the breakfast were very good. The Cabana rooms are very nice, but would prefer the vanity basin in the bathroom, not in the room. We stayed in the Cabana room, which was very nice. However when it rains in the afternoon you cannot go outside onto your verandah because it is not undercover and the rain beats onto the sliding door to the room. It would be good if the roof area of the verandah could be covered or partly covered, so that it can be used in all weather conditions. The reception check in/check out is very slow and alway's has many people waiting to be served. Perhaps a bigger reception desk would be good. |

Friendly staff with excellent facilities, especially swim out rooms. Would stay here again definately 5 stars! Food wasn't that great and over-priced for what it was. Also over-priced was the spa massage |

The resort looks posh and clean. Location is excellent, situated right in the heart of Patong Town. If you love shopping in Jung Ceylon and lazy to walk then this is the place for you. (the mall and resort are connected side by side). Not that i can think of. |

Good location for whom like shopping, with direct access to shopping mall and Carrefour Hypermarket Breakfeast buffet a little bit poor regarding international food, and not free for children under 6 sharing your room ...Also, a little bit far away of the beach (not so far in fact, but temperature is so hot, that the 500 or 600 meters looks terrible under burning sun at 2.00 pm ...) |

It is very near to Bangla Street. It has very good and friendly staffs. It has good TV channels. My room do not have d water squeezy in d toilet for washing our bowels. When I wanted to go to d gym, I had to go back to Lakeside as there's no gym at Beachside. During my check in, there was a delay in processing my credit card as your machine was faulty. The reception staff thought my card was over the limit. It was embarassing for me for awhile even though I knew that my card had enough credit. |

They could switch us to different sides of the hotel as there is a lakeside and beachside. Beach side is closer to the pubs, but if you stay in lakeside, there is a tuk tuk service that runs 24 hours a day. I don't like the price is not really worth it for the hotel. I would pay maybe 70% of that i paid. |

The service from all staff was fantastic and their friendly nature was great for our 2 year old. They treated him like a prince. I highly recommend the Cabana room if you and the kids love the pool. It was perfect for our family. |
