Millennium Resort Patong Phuket  

Fint hotell I bra läge med det mesta. Tråkigt att wifi inte är gratis. 20 kr / timme. Stor pool som kunde haft varierande djup. Tråkig placerad poolbar. Underbar hjälpsam personal. Hotellet ligger I ett stort shoppingcenter.

Excellent hotel amazing staff but I would like to say that I've stayed @ the hotel for 14 nights they should have gave us a better price with our stay we booked the hotel for 3 times and the price was still the same and on our last 2 nights the price went a bit high

We have stayed at the Millennium Resort before and found it fantastic with everything and great location next to airconed shopping centre with our 2 young children. The cabana rooms are great too. When we go back to Phuket we will stay at the Millennium again for sure. The staff are out of this world too and only too happy to help.

It is a good hotel with excenent location for people wants the shopping and the resturants around, few steps out of the hotel It has a direct access to the shopping mall

The hotel was a big facility but unfortuanitly rvery thing not in the same building The rhotel rooms dovised in to two diffeent locations with long walking distance also I was staying where we should go in transit to floor number four and walk again to change the lift to go to our room in floor nuber five.

Great loation for shopping at Jungceylon centre perfect for a mimi break. Good entertainment nearby and loads of food outlets bars and cafes

The english communication of the staff is very poor; and they gave me a room with a balconly facing a wall ? I never stayed in such hotel

The cabana I stayed in was excellent. Pool access with jacuzzi. Easy access to Jungceylon shopping centre, the beach and nightlife.

Mangement and staff were very keen to assist us with various requests it was a pleasing aspect of our holiday. Every aspect of the building was very clean and pleseant at all times during our stay. The general Manager Peter assisted us with some medical advice which was greatly appreciated many thanks. I would not hestitate to recommend this resort to anyone considering travelling to Pantong as it goes far and beyond expectations.

My only comment is that the pricing structures of the evening meals should be competive, outside in the shopping complex there were some fine dining venues that where very well priced and noted several people who were staying at the resort eating there as well. I do not know your what bugets you operate and wether it is possible to achive, but from a practable point volume of paying customers may compensate the difference in costs verus no customers at all this is only my suggestion and may some food for thought.

Most rooms are situated around an elevator, that made a banging sound every 2 minutes. Impossible to sleep! After 2 phone calls the suggested it was from the elevator! They offered us to change room, on the other side, next to the same elevator!! After explaning again, we don´t want a room close to the elevator.. We changed room, with no view (as they said) We just wanted to sleep. The view was terrible, that was what we had to look at taking a drink on the balcony. The pool in the pictures, was in the other building. Breakfast was indoors, cold. No good breakfast food, bread old. Not good at all. No walking distance to the beach.
