All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged THB 500.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

This is a great restaurant serving a variety of dishes, from Western, Oriental and local specialities. It offers guests a pleasant and satisfying service in an unpretentious atmosphere. The Café opens from 06:30 until 24:00 and features buffet breakfast, à la carte and snack menus for lunch, dinner and supper. Room service orders are also available throughout the day, should guests require this service in their own rooms.
Palm-Court Restaurant:
Adjacent to Cosmopolitan Café, Palm-Court is an open-air space set in a palm-tree garden. Here, guests can relax amongst the surrounding nature and savour drinks and meals while watching the world goes-by.
Pebble Lounge:
Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, this is an ideal meeting place. Drinks and snacks are available upon request every day from 10:00 until 22:00.
Club-House Bar:
Another great place to relax in during the day. Here you can enjoy a game of pool or watch your favourite TV programmes. Drinks and snacks are available here from 11:00 till 20:00.

very friendly and helpfull staff. Very clean hotel. Good and cheap food ( only tried Asian) for late lunch or dinner. Good breakfast. Nice pool although a bit small. And you rent a room and not being charged by person. ot that far from the prime action and still very quiet and sincere. Don't forget you stay in Pattaya) Just very good ! it's a bit outside the city ( 1.2 km) and they should consider a free transportation system during the day. Even if not free then just a transportation system althoug the main raod 3rd road is only 50m away and there are plenty of Tuk-Tuk's. |

Large well appointed Room, very quiet and relaxing. Excellent large Swimming Pool with Personal Jacuzzi and free Steam Room/Sauna. Good but simple Gymnasium. Hotel is in a quiet, relaxing area, but only a 15 minute walk through the markets to the Beach Road and Nightlife area of Pattaya. Restaurant A la Carte choice good and prices very reasonable. Restaurant, buffet breakfast service lacking in choice. Signs all over the Hotel warning customers that they will be charged 200/400 baht for bringing food/drinks to the Pool Area or losing Pool Towels etc. Pool used by Indians who didnt wear swimsuits, but swam fully clothed in dirty sweaty outdoor attire - disgusting!! |

Perfect location outsite the tourist area, where nobody bothers you, where Thai live and maximum 10 minutes away from whatever you might want to do in Pattaya (beach, restaurants, nightlife). |

Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Ein Hotel als Bauplatz ist nicht angenehm. Selbst Beschwerden haben nichts geholfen. Der Poolbereich und die vom Hotel angebotenen Wellnessleistungen wurden geschlossen. Wer sich in dieses Hotel einbucht, muß damit rechnen das er nicht als Gast behandelt wird, sondern nur als notwendiges Übel. Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen für europäische Gäste. |

Отель выбрали по совету знакомых и цене. В отеле недорогие завтраки (шведский стол). Отель удалён от центров развлечений и пирса. В отеле тихо и спокойно. Неплохой бассейн с джакузи и спортзал. Отель бронировали на двоих, а заселялись с ребёнком (8 лет) при этом дополнительную кровать представили бесплатно. Был инцидент с персоналом по поводу запачканного белья. После уборки номера и смены белья не придали значения застиранным полосам на наволочках. При следующей смене белья на рецепшене предложили оплатить счёт за 2 наволочки в 400 бат. После скандала и показа подушек с пятнами все претензии пропали. |

Grande piscine, personnel sympatique (et discret) Rapport qualite-prix tres mauvais compare a d'autres hotels mieux situes, avec un mobilier et une deco nettement plus modernes et design. Le staff est mauvais en anglais : des qu'un sujet hors routine se pose, c'est la panique a la reception et une corvee pour se comprendre ! |

Das Hotel befindet sich unweit vom lebhaftem Nachtleben und doch ist es ruhig gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt genügend Abstellplätze für Car und Motobikes im trockenen. Das Frtühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. |
