Miracle Hometel, Suvarnabhumi Airport

Wenn man in diesem Hotel ein Problem hat, erhält man keine Hilfe. Den Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption war unser Anliegen völlig egal - null kundenorientiert!!!

Shuttle Service, obwohl wir früher angekommen sind, war sofort nach Anruf jemand da. Lage für eine Übernachtung sehr gut. Über booking ist alles bislang sehr gut gelaufen. Danke und weiter so!!!1

Morgens ab 6 Uhr doch überall recht laut, auch in den anderen Zimmern. Aber für eine nacht nicht tragisch.

Liegen am Pool ohne Auflagen

Super Zimmer , schöner Pool (wenn auch 500m vom Runway), Gratisshuttle vom Flughafen, wenige Gäste

Lage extrem abgeschieden, eignet sich nur für Transitaufenthalt wenn man nicht (mehr) in die Stadt will .WiFi nur in der Lobby, extrem teuer !

Wir sind gegen 22 uhr ins Hotel angekommen und hätten wir gern ein Cockteil oder etwas in der Art getrunken, war leider nicht im Zimmerservice angeboten.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly for me they were very accommodating in arranging the transfers, (Free) for me and my partner who arrived on a later flight (And left earlier too) they collected me and took me back to airport to meet her, waited, and returned us to hotel. At departure they took us to an early check in, waited, and returned me to hotel for the 5 hours before my own flight. Although not used, the complimentary departure lounge vouchers would have been very much appreciated, as were the complimentary cold drinks and packet snacks in the room (There is a handy 7/11 only 5 minutes walk away) Staff excellent, although not busy the facilities are good too, ate in both the 24 hour cafe and Chinese restaurant. A good start to our holiday,tying up our seperate travel itineraries,and transit to Pattaya, Samui and Phuket with the same efficient, courteous and trouble free ending.

Some people might not be comfortable with the bathroom door/screen arrangement.Although frosted it affords minimum 'privacy'. Maybe a curtain could be added ??

The staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Falling over themselves to help you.

the hardness of the bed. what the?

we stayed only 1 night, we had an early flight. So I can not tell anything more that the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is various. It is a good hotel for transfers. It is close to the airport.

I didn't like it that the pool was closed, and they dont tell you this thing when you make the reservation. I chosed this hotel first of all because it had a swimming pool, and after 24 hours of trevelling, we would liked to make a swimm...

Staff were just excellent the smile of Thailand was all over their faces ! All in all a very nice hotel.

Shame the pool was undergoing some renovation therefore no swimming possibility !!

Probably the best place to stay if you have a long layover at BKK Airport waiting for you next connecting flight. There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport, the room was clean & comfortable and the staff very helpful.

the airport roundtrip shuttle bus service, the friendly staffs, the coffee from the lounge are really good for you to start a day with

the slippers are very dirty, the room smells bad, the shower area quite oily... noisy in the morning, can't sleep really well
