Near airport and free shouttle bus

good location if you need to stay close to the airport...but next time I would stay at the Novotel, closer and better.

No way this is a 4*!!! Service very poor. There are two building, one new and one very old (where I stayed). Rooms are quite new but towel and sheets had some strange marks... Wifi was terrible, communal areas very old fashion. Do not take the free transfer to the airport because they will make you loose your flight!! We were supposed to leave at 8am but we left 40mins after because we were waiting for someone that was finishing breakfast!!!! After we finally left the hotel we had to go back because there was another passenger to be collected! Honestly it was insane! Staff is way too unprofessional!

It was close to airport Free shuttle transfers were good.

There are two wings to this hotel, and I stayed in the old wing, with very old amenities which are joined to the living area. Extremely loud air-conditioning systems in the rooms. Buffet breakfast very simple. Rooms were also too bright!

The service in the Thai restaurant was slow and staff quite unaccommodating. Refurbishment of the business centre meant we were unable to check in for our flight - never informed of this when booking hotel.

The location was great lovely clean room good food free shuttle and excellent value

1- Rate is very fair. 2- Design is acceptable.

1- Staff do not communicate well with the visitors. They were laughing at us when asking questions, and they were not friendly at all. 2- There are no facilities/markets near the hotel.

Badly maintained, furniture were old and the rooms were too far away from what I expected from the photos I've seen when booking it. The room service staff were rude. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was late and I almost lost my departing flight.

The rooms were very clean.

The infrastructure, especially in the common areas, is a bit tired and needs an update. It's shabby. But it's good value.

Location price comfort

Buffet breakfast was average and like most sole cook operations almost everything hot is cooked in advance in large amounts to facilitate large numbers arriving at once. It's fine for some items which stay warm for a couple of hours in chafing dishes eg fried rice and not so fine for other items eg egged bread which ought to be cooked a la minute, bacon which cooked in large batches and left congeals. But more than enough food to get the average western tummy satisfactorily replete.

Only stayed one night so everything was ok.

The hotel has a good location Close to the Airport. That was the most important thing for us. The stuff was friendly and gave us good service. We had a a nice and big room but our tube/jauci dit`nt work proberly.

The only thing we can coplain about was that our jacuzi did`nt work. Otherwise everthing was ok, nice staff and good services.

Already run-down. Hall carpets were stained. Walls were cracking in places. Faucets were missing handles. Bed was hard as a rock.

The airport shuttle was late, and I missed my 6am flight to samui on christmas! Spent my whole day at bangkok airport on stand by!!
