Lo mejor es que la habitación es muy grande y moderna, con bañera hidromasaje en el baño, y el transporte al aeropuerto gratuito. Está situado en una zona abandonada. Está bien si estás de paso en el aeropuerto de Bangkok, pero poco aconsejable salir del hotel. |

Tiene un bonito diseño y hay transporte al aeropuerto. La conducta de la responsable de recepción. Por accidente se volcó una pantalla de ordenador, dañandose. Nos la hicieron pagar a precio de nuevo, bajo amenazas de no dejarnos salir del hotel y llamar a la policía. |

Lo grande que era el hotel y que hay un servicio gratuito de bus desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel y del hotel al aeropuerto. El barrio deonde está no es bonito y está a 3/4 de hora de la ciudad en taxi. |

Really nice double bath and shower roof top pool The hotel is not actually right next to the airport as it implies. It is in quite a rough area with nothing around it . as an airport overnighter though it is fine. |

It was very close to the airport and included pickup and drop off to the airport internet was expensive, and it was very buisness oriented. would have been great for a conference |

Good rooftop swimming pool and free transfer to and from the airport (10 minutes max) whereas a taxi to the centre will cost around 650 Baht. Hot water was not so hot. |

Internet availble and very close to airport for layovers. Very helpful staff. Free shuttle from airport to location is difficult to step up, maybe advanced notice is better |

Large rooms that were spacious. The shower was excellent. Quite close to the airport. the carpets were smelling and there is no internet in the rooms as claimed in the web site. you will need to go and purchase a card from the reception. There is no wireless. |

Staff very helpful and accomodating. Felt like they couldn't do enough for me. I was able to check out one hour later than usual which was much appreciated (I had an evening flight so had a lot of time to kill). Charge for internet was expensive. Should be free internet service. |

the staff was very helpful and fast. we got a transfer to the airport free of charge at 00:30 in the morning and they even dropped us at the right checkin counter. there wasn't enough hot water to fill the big tub, but maybe that was just bad luck. |

Excellent transfer and hospitality. Very helpful and friendly staff. Ease with check in and check out. Excellent airport hotel which was within 10 mins of the airport hence not paying aiport hotel prices. Could not fault the service and hospitality provided the the wonderful staff. 5 star service. |

The breakfast was very good and the staff very attentive, The pool was very refreshing and having umbrellas at the sun-beds was so necessary. The mattresses were very hard. |

It is an nice hotel to stay when you are in between flights. It is close to the airport. The shuttlebus from the hotel is well arranged, they pick you up and bring you to the airport in time. |
