Les chambres sont très propres et confortables.Le service est bien aussi.La gratuité des consommations dans les chambres n'est pas négligeable. La piscine était en travaux mais il n'y avait aucune information au moment de la réservation.C'était pourtant une des choses essentielles dont nous avions besoin. |

Navette gratuite entre aéroport et hôtel. Chambre spacieuse. Gentillesse du personnel. Fort taux d'humidité dans la chambre, literie très dure, moquette au sol moyennement aspirée, mauvaise insonorisation. |

Le service est excellent, les chambres sont très bien décorées, spacieuses et le lit confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent.Nous avons apprécié le service de navette entre l'hotel et l'aéroport (15min en voiture). Attention : le numéro de téléphone indiqué n'est pas celui de l'hôtel mais de la centrale de réservation situé dans l'autre hôtel du même nom, à l'autre aéroport de Bangkok ! |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly for me they were very accommodating in arranging the transfers, (Free) for me and my partner who arrived on a later flight (And left earlier too) they collected me and took me back to airport to meet her, waited, and returned us to hotel. At departure they took us to an early check in, waited, and returned me to hotel for the 5 hours before my own flight. Although not used, the complimentary departure lounge vouchers would have been very much appreciated, as were the complimentary cold drinks and packet snacks in the room (There is a handy 7/11 only 5 minutes walk away) Staff excellent, although not busy the facilities are good too, ate in both the 24 hour cafe and Chinese restaurant. A good start to our holiday,tying up our seperate travel itineraries,and transit to Pattaya, Samui and Phuket with the same efficient, courteous and trouble free ending. Some people might not be comfortable with the bathroom door/screen arrangement.Although frosted it affords minimum 'privacy'. Maybe a curtain could be added ?? |

Close to airport, the hotel provides shuttle bus to airport free of charge Not all the services announced in Internet site are provided. Wireless Internet is not free as mentioned in Internet, in contrary it is quite expensive. There is no swimming pool. The Internet site says there is spa, there is only massage, which is available in any hotel of Bangkok, it does not make this hotel spa hotel. |

we stayed only 1 night, we had an early flight. So I can not tell anything more that the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is various. It is a good hotel for transfers. It is close to the airport. I didn't like it that the pool was closed, and they dont tell you this thing when you make the reservation. I chosed this hotel first of all because it had a swimming pool, and after 24 hours of trevelling, we would liked to make a swimm... |

The rooms were EXCELLENT value for money - well maintained, modern, good beds. While the location was pretty far from the main sights of Bangkok, it was very convenient for morning flights out of Suvarnabhumi. Internet access was not free, it cost around $10/day |

Staff were just excellent the smile of Thailand was all over their faces ! All in all a very nice hotel. Shame the pool was undergoing some renovation therefore no swimming possibility !! |

Great hotel when flying through Bangkok. Pick up service worked out great. We booked a deluxe room. The room was spacious, nice and clean, bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Service was good. |

Probably the best place to stay if you have a long layover at BKK Airport waiting for you next connecting flight. There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport, the room was clean & comfortable and the staff very helpful. |

The prompt airport transfers and the room service was good value for money. The pool was closed for servicing. It was the only reason I chose this hotel over and above more budget airport hotels. We were not informed when we checked in and and we were asked to pay up front. Had I known about the pool being out of service I would have switched hotels as there is not a lot else to recommend it. |

the airport roundtrip shuttle bus service, the friendly staffs, the coffee from the lounge are really good for you to start a day with the slippers are very dirty, the room smells bad, the shower area quite oily... noisy in the morning, can't sleep really well |

Pickup in Airport was excellent. Coordination of Airport shutlle from Hotel to Airport was not so good. A bunch of people had signed up to shuttle, but a way too small bus arrived in the morning - and they had to change the bus while we were all waiting. |
