Bra med gratis transfer. Stora rum, Bra frukostbuffe o restaurang för middag. Tillgodoser sena flyg med sn utcheckning dock mot ersättning som är rimlig. |

Fina rena nyrenoverade rum och skönt med pool uppe på taket. Personalen hade bra service. Bra service med skuts till flygplatsen, körde varje halvtimme. Vi åkte tidigt på morgonen och hann inte med frukost på hotellet. Fick då tillträde till en launch på flygplatsen där vi kunde äta frukost utan extra kostnad. |

Bra med en hotell restaurang som serverar mat dygnet runt. Väldigt lyhört. Hade svårt att sova pga mycket ljud från andra rum och korridoren. Toaletten var inte rengjord ordentligt. |

It was very close to the airport and included pickup and drop off to the airport internet was expensive, and it was very buisness oriented. would have been great for a conference |

Good rooftop swimming pool and free transfer to and from the airport (10 minutes max) whereas a taxi to the centre will cost around 650 Baht. Hot water was not so hot. |

close to airport. good bathroom bad hotel surroundings, glass wall to separate the room from the bathroom and toilets (!) that doesn t hide enough...cost of extra bed, no free internet in the room |

Internet availble and very close to airport for layovers. Very helpful staff. Free shuttle from airport to location is difficult to step up, maybe advanced notice is better |

Even though 20 minutes from the airport, a very convenient choice for a stop over hotel in case you dont bother going downtown |

Large rooms that were spacious. The shower was excellent. Quite close to the airport. the carpets were smelling and there is no internet in the rooms as claimed in the web site. you will need to go and purchase a card from the reception. There is no wireless. |

Staff very helpful and accomodating. Felt like they couldn't do enough for me. I was able to check out one hour later than usual which was much appreciated (I had an evening flight so had a lot of time to kill). Charge for internet was expensive. Should be free internet service. |

Convenience and the unexpected quality of everything, from the staff to the food and rooms. The pool was lovely and refreshing for a morning rooftop swim. |

the staff was very helpful and fast. we got a transfer to the airport free of charge at 00:30 in the morning and they even dropped us at the right checkin counter. there wasn't enough hot water to fill the big tub, but maybe that was just bad luck. |

Excellent transfer and hospitality. Very helpful and friendly staff. Ease with check in and check out. Excellent airport hotel which was within 10 mins of the airport hence not paying aiport hotel prices. Could not fault the service and hospitality provided the the wonderful staff. 5 star service. |

The breakfast was very good and the staff very attentive, The pool was very refreshing and having umbrellas at the sun-beds was so necessary. The mattresses were very hard. |

It is an nice hotel to stay when you are in between flights. It is close to the airport. The shuttlebus from the hotel is well arranged, they pick you up and bring you to the airport in time. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly for me they were very accommodating in arranging the transfers, (Free) for me and my partner who arrived on a later flight (And left earlier too) they collected me and took me back to airport to meet her, waited, and returned us to hotel. At departure they took us to an early check in, waited, and returned me to hotel for the 5 hours before my own flight. Although not used, the complimentary departure lounge vouchers would have been very much appreciated, as were the complimentary cold drinks and packet snacks in the room (There is a handy 7/11 only 5 minutes walk away) Staff excellent, although not busy the facilities are good too, ate in both the 24 hour cafe and Chinese restaurant. A good start to our holiday,tying up our seperate travel itineraries,and transit to Pattaya, Samui and Phuket with the same efficient, courteous and trouble free ending. Some people might not be comfortable with the bathroom door/screen arrangement.Although frosted it affords minimum 'privacy'. Maybe a curtain could be added ?? |

Close to airport, the hotel provides shuttle bus to airport free of charge Not all the services announced in Internet site are provided. Wireless Internet is not free as mentioned in Internet, in contrary it is quite expensive. There is no swimming pool. The Internet site says there is spa, there is only massage, which is available in any hotel of Bangkok, it does not make this hotel spa hotel. |
