Nothing. The evening receptionist was pleasant.

Expensive, awful breakfast, tiny rooms, electric shocks from the shower. This hotel is all 'fur coat' and 'no undergarment'. This was my worst experience in South East Asia. I was downgraded to a superior room from a deluxe because of the shower and the noise of the school swimming pool across the way. It took them a long time to admit I had been downgraded; no balcony, no sofa, smaller room; it was obvious to me. The showers were abysmal, 4 seconds of hot water and 56 seconds of cold and a trickle of water which wouldn't even drown a cat. No choice of anything at breakfast time which consisted of a microwaved croissant at best or a fish pasty if you were unfortunate (awful). I ended up checking out early and getting some money refunded. Never again! I don't know what planet the people were on who rated this hotel highly. It's a 2 star guest house charging at 4 star rates.

Excellently positioned for the Silom nightlife. Facilities are in great shape and staff are helpful and friendly.

Got downgraded to a standard room but still had to pay the deluxe room price as booked. Having spoken to some locals the price is steep compared to some equivalent options in the area anyway

Close to the BNH hospital so it was only a 3 min walk down the lane , but if you are looking for ease of access to other things make sure you get the card from the front desk that gives directions in Thai other wise your cab driver will never find it, helpful staff ,and only a cheese croissant and a cup of coffee for breakfast , but if you are visiting for the BNH its close and handy

hard to find location , once i knew how to get there i was fine but the first time took 2 cab trips because the 1st cabbie had no idea and you can actually see it from my departure point so i went round in circles , for reference its right behind the BNH

Då jag äter vegan-kost (strikt vegetarisk), var det trist att detta inte gick att ordna, trots att jag hade skrivit i rutan för särskilda önskemål, innan resan.

1. The staff are very helpful and polite. 2. The hotel is very quiet, good for sleep! 3. Good for gay people, walking distance from DJ station and other bars.

1. Most taxi drivers didnt' know the location. Need to provide a full thai address to them. 2. The gate of short path to Saladaeng BTS is closed at night.

Nice clean rooms. Once I got " the lay of the land". And found the hotel it's location is great! Call the hotel to get to it. It is very quiet ......nice

Hard to get to if walking. Spend the 100 baht and take a cab the first time from Sala Dang bts Once you've figured out where you are at, walking is a snap to get to Sala Dang Bts

Very helpful and friendly staff.
