Breakfast and the staff serving it are friendly and polite. Reception and Security staff are very helpful even with limited English. telephone and internet facilities not user friendly |

Food was terrific; night manager was exceptionally great as he was very accomodating and hospitable to tourists; offers cheap room rates against good service which made our travel to BKK more economical and relaxing. No other facilities like fitness center and swimming pool, but it's ok for those looking for comfort in accomodation only. |

Great comfort, very nice and clean rooms, perfect bed, super bathroom. The hotel is not in the centre of Bangkok, therefore quiet rooms. Skytrainstation is not far away, so easy to go to the centre. We have chosen this hotel because of the quick transfer (20 min) to the airport. |
