Moonhut Bungalows  

You could walk to Mae Nam and Its fairly close. There is a night market every Thursday and its cheaper then when you go to the night market in Bo Phut(still the same people selling things). The beach is quiet and it's very relaxing. Rooms are tidied every day and fun was ok size.

There isn't a swimming pool, wildlife at night can be very loud but it is expected as you're staying amongst the trees.

Moonhut is a great place to stay, especialy if it is your first trip to Thailand, the staff are extremely helpfull on All matters pertaining to your stay in Thailand. The atmosphere was lovely in the grove of trees with small shrines and palm trees, the bar comfortable, beer good, and food excelent. The moonhut massages were definately the best to be found!! Highly Recomended *****

The staff were always willing to help. There was that branch of a tree that scratched the roof of our bungalow during nights. They cut it off the day we told about it. They were mending things that needed correction. There's a small spa right on the beach and it was so wonderful. People there are just nice, calm and very sweet. The food was good too. Of course, there are issues like, for instance, some spots on the wall of a bath-room, tiny ants on the floor of a toilet, but it's nothing. Well, I was thinking I would go mad about it on the first day, but that feeling was gone for good by evening. The location is good- there are lots of flowers around the bungalows and trees, and they even have fish swimming in small ponds.

tolle kleine anlage in der man mit anderen reisenden schnell ins gespräch kommt aber trotzdem sehr viel privatsphäre hat; liegt direkt am strand und meer (beides menschenleer); zahlreiche tolle restaurants in der nähe; ausflüge konnten problemlos an der rezeption gebucht werden; wir mochten die 3 hunde vom hotel sehr gern :D; die anlage ist mit vielen pflanzen und somit sehr grün;

essen im restaurant war leider etwas überteuert und die portionen wurden immer kleiner (es war trotzdem immer sehr lecker, vor allem die pancakes); die federkernmatrazen waren schon sehr durchgelegen, so dass man die federn gemerkt hat (sehr unbequem)

Pas de wifi

Отличное расположение на Маенаме, пляж и ресторан. До Чавенга (основная тусовка острова) 10 мин на байке.

Nagyon szép helyen van, a szállás közvetlen tengerparti, bár nem mindegyik szobából látszik a tenger. Egyszerű, de nagyon hangulatos. Kicsi bungik, a lépcsőről már a homokba léptünk. A mi lakhandinkból a tenger nem látszódott, de kb 20 méter, és már a parton is voltunk. 5-10 percre a szállástól volt egy forgalmasabb út, ahol olcsón lehetett vásárolni reggelit, és ebédelni is kifőzdékben. Aranyos kutyusok és cicák is voltak néha a vendégeink, akik oda tartoznak. Imádtuk őket. :) Snorkelingezni (felszíni búvárkodni) sajnos nem lehetett, mert zavaros volt a víz. Azt nem tudom, hogy mindig ilyen-e, vagy csak a mi ottlétünkkor volt a felhős, esős időjárás miatt. A part inkább sima, apró kavicsos, (kényelmes rajta sétálni). Nem sok szikla volt a közelben. Családias szállás.

4 éjszakát voltunk ott, 3 éjjel szörnyen rossz volt az ágymatracunk, rettenetesen kényelmetlen, minden rugóját éreztem a hátamban. Ami jó hír, hogy ezt a 4. éjszakára kicserélték - nem én szóltam érte - és így az utolsó este élmény volt ott aludni. Mennyivel jobb kedvem lett!

Sehr schlichter Bungalow! Hatten Bungalow direkt neben der Bar, deshalb auch noch sehr laut. Personal war nicht gerade freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strandabschnitt ist nicht der Schönste. Sind nach einem Tag wieder ausgezogen und haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am ruhigem Maenambeach, Gaststätten und Garküchen waren ohne probleme zu erreichen.

climatisation a revoir,( trop bruyante). et il manque, un petit " réfrigérateur", dans les bungalows.....

De locatie van ons strandhuisje was geweldig zo van het balkon in zee, ac1, de uitrusting was te eenvoudig voor de prijs, geen tv, geen wifi (alleen tegen betaling), al het bedlinnen was schoon maar gescheurd, bij aankomst geen warm douche-water. Indien ac1 niet voorradig bij een volgende booking dan zullen wij dit resort niet meer aandoen.

I was very happy with staffs and their cosy cleaned hut in quiet location and close to the beach. Value staying:-))

Lage

Schlecht isolierter Bungalow ca. 100m vom Strand entfernt. Aufgrund der Lage (Dschungel) sehr laut!

einfaches ambiente, aber tolle strandlage. wenn man entspannen will, genau richtig. sauber. Küche ist i.o. preislich gibt es in mae nam günstigeres/besseres essen.

Matratzen sehr hart. der hund (den wir grundsätzlich wirklich gerne mochten) hat mehrmals die komplette nacht gebellt. etwas mehr freundlichkeit wäre schön.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand.

Vi bodde i första bungalowen o den hade en underbar utsikt. Skulle blivit besviken om jag tagit den andra eller tredje, för dom har satt massa palmer framför så de hade ingen utsikt alls.

Budget accommodation, located well! Not too at from Chaweng or pier. Clean huts, basic, bit hard if only stay with fan.

A lot of staff didn't speak English so found it hard to communicate. Sometimes come across abit rude
