Staff - very friendly Food - very nice Location - perfect if you search for accomodation close to the city center but not exactly in the city centre a bit farer from the city noise.

5 דקות הליכה ממרכז הצ׳וונג שזה הרחוב המרכזי של כל המסיבות, מסעדות, חנויות וכו׳. ארוחת בוקר מדהימה, מוגשת בבונגלו פרטי על החוף עם תפריט עשיר. בריכה גדולה ממש על שפת החוף. חדרים מרווחים ומפנקים, עדיף להתקשר ולבקש חדר בקומה השנייה הפונה אל הים באותו מחיר. צוות אדיב שנענה לכל בקשותנו ואף עשה הנחה כשנשארנו במלון לילה נוסף.

ההמים במקלחת לא תמיד חמים.

This hotel is in the prefect location on Chaweng. It is away from all of the loud obnoxious music and crowds on the southern end and on a much more tranquil stretch of white sand beach. The atmosphere is really relaxing and the pool is stunning. Breakfast in the beach huts is amazing and the staff super accommodating. This hotel is not cookie-cutter and has a very original, island-style feel in a quirky/artsy way.

Rooms could have been More lighter. Door to balcony too small. Hotel needs refurbishment. Sons room not finished 108.

The staff were very friendly and always made you feel welcome. We loved the black tiled pool and the cabanas to eat your breakfast in were just divine. Will definitely be back.

one small issue with the sunbeds on the beach. Despite being in a group of around 15 staying at the hotel our friends staying at the hotel next door were not allowed to use the sunbeds without payment despite spending quite a large amount of money on drinks and food. Bit of a shame given how wonderful the rest of the stay was.

We liked the proximity to the beach, the friendly staff, the cabanas on the beach, and good food

The English breakfast on the menu was not as good as the other meals. We were unsure of the black tiles in the pool.

Really liked the atmosphere in the hotel. Staff were generally friendly but what I like most was that it was not too busy. Beach cabanas and food at the restaurant was great!

The resort is a little dated but having said that if it was more up to date I dont think it would have been a quiet or as cheap ... friends stayed in the resort next door and it was WAY too hectic for my liking!

Breakfast/dinner at the beach

The hotel was away from the busy part of Chaweng Beach and was very quiet and relaxing.

I liked the design and loved the breakfast set up! Having breakfast served by friendly staff while enjoying the sound of the sea is just the most relaxing thing ever!

The hotel is somewhat run down and has a few challenges regarding AC and plumbing.

Zen style is not bad ...

... but it wasn't very practical and the facility needs urgent maintenance and new life to justify the high price

I liked the location, the small huts and having the meals close to the beach. The black swimming pool is awesome. Excellent service

Staff were superb. Room and facilities were excellent. Relaxing, enjoyable, far enough away from the party hustle n bustle of Chewang beach and close enough to take a truck taxi in at a moments notice. Huts on the beach made for relaxing days.

The restaurant was over priced.

Needs to be renovated and power went out a few times as did the air on.

Pool is very very nice! Breakfast is special with lots of options, free wi fi all over. Shower is special too

When we came the reception didnt have our booking in their computers , good thing i had the printed page of "booking.com" but what would happen if i would have come and the hotel was full and no room for us?!

Amazing hotel! Right by the beach and beautiful surroundings. Great rooms and beds. Shower is great and smells lovely.

Exceptionally friendly, welcoming, professional staff (every single staff member). Lovely beach-front location, relaxed and relaxing atmosphere, romantic setting, great pool, green space, quiet... We will definitely come back again.

Decor a little tired, but this is such a minor point compared to the pluses.

The hotel is located on a beautiful beach, 10 mins walk from all the fuss of Chaweng Beach. The location allows you to easily access the nightlife or just relax at the hotel - it's all your choice. The rooms are very beautiful, well designed, big and comfortable. The hotel itself is very romantic. The thing I liked best is having one of the big variety of their breakfasts every morning at the little beach huts. The feeling that you get from sitting there, watching the beautiful ocean and having eggs benedict is just incredible!

They charged us 400 Baht for a Taxi to the airport which shouldn't cost more then 100 Baht.

Nice hits on the beach you could have your breakfast in.

Hotel dirty and not clean! Dont Go This Hotel Ever!

The Hotel near the chaweng beach koh samui We was celebrite our hoonymoon we take the "romantic meal" but it was tirrble it was Spoiled food and the resturant not clean we dont sleep at the night becuse we had a stomek pain and all the night was like a Nightmare we want to call a doctor but in the reception not help us (tell me go to hospital) and close the phone.. The room service was poor I was 4 times in koh samui and ever I dont see ש Hotel not functioning like this!

The staff were excellent. The location was very near the airport. The availability of free internet was very nice. The pool area was nice. The beach huts for breakfast were very nice and relaxing, very unique.

The prices in the hotel beach bar and restaurant were high. The beach beside the hotel was not clean, full of algae.

Faultless. They have got everything here just right. The hotel occupies the best spot on Chaweng beach but is close enough to the more lively spots without being disturbed.
