The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and chilled,the staff were very good and looked after their clients well.The salas on the beach for breakfast were very special and different also the staff protected their loungers for guests staying at the hotel which was really good.We would definitely stay again.

Faultless. They have got everything here just right. The hotel occupies the best spot on Chaweng beach but is close enough to the more lively spots without being disturbed.

The staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic location, right on beach. Relaxing and tranquil pool area. Food excellent. I would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect, only 10 minutes from the busier Chaweng shopping area, you could walk along beach or down road. Beds a little too hard and noisy air conditioning but both fine once I had got used to it.

The resort is just walking distance to the beach and it had little huts built on the beach where you can sit and lay down and order food and charge your lap top as it has electrical points and shop as you have vendors walking around. The pool was also large and superb. The roast pork ribs served on Tues and Friday nite is so large and delicious. The hotel staff so friendly and the service is so great.. I booked a Deluxe Inao Double or twin room with sea view - non refundable- breakfast included and I got a single room with a double bed with no sea view at all. My bedroom is on the 2 nd floor facing a wall with creepers. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist, she said that Inao is an old name for the room and the double or twin room is meant double or twin bed only!!! So your site is misleading!!! Get it sorted out. I feel cheated!!! Where is the sea view???

It's zen-like peacefulness, the proximity to the beach, and the layout were all very impressive The mirrors in the bedroom are a little too disturbing and be careful of the steps in the bedroom.

A very nice Hotel, straight onto the beach. Good pool and surroundings, covered little beach tables and comfy cushions. Not over crowded, more space than adjacent more expensive hotels. Very helpful friendly staff. We initially booked 2 nights and stayed an extra 3 nights.

Really lovely hotel situated at the north end of chaweng beach, restaurants etc about a 10 minute walk away. Pool was lovely and the breakfast we had at the restaurant was ok superior rooms are very noisy with the main road just outside, add to that a noisy aircon and I found it hard to sleep. We found the hotel too quiet and the beach in front was not very nice at all for swimming. Good if you are wanting to be away from the hustle and bustle of chaweng and dont mind swimming in the pool rather than the sea

Our stay at the Hotel was excellent, hotel staff were fantastic and very friendly, made our stay even better. The location is excellent and very close to the beach. Our room was clean and tidy and we felt very comfortable. We would go back to stay. The only thing that could have been improved was the cost of there drinks and food versus the other places around there, they were just slightly more expensive.

The staff was very kind, the breakfast very good "a la chart" with fruits, yogurt and different types of breakfast at your choice. The room were clean and confortable. A beautiful garden and restaurant on the beach. Very relaxed atmosphear. Noise in superior room, on the road. This could be a problem.

the whole design of the hotel especially the garden and the swimming pool. having breakfast in the little hut is very charming and relaxing. the beach in front of the hotel is not very nice .one actually has to walk about another five minutes to a nicer beach.

Lage direkt am Meer und außerhalb des Trubels von Chaweng, jedoch in einigen Minuten Fußweg ist man direkt im Geschehen. Hotelanlage ist wunderschön (Zimmer, Garten, Pool, Strand, Restaurant am Strand - sehr gutes Essen). Mitarbeiter sehr engagiert und freundlich.

отель на берегу океана.красивая территория,сад в японском стиле.много цветов.комнаты достаточно большие ,но слегка потрепанные.очень спокойно.отель не предназначен для отдыха с детьми. ремонт был давно.прилегающий пляж хорош для прогулок,но не для купания.дно каменистое,вода мутная.рыбок красивых нет.

очень довольна отелем. Приезжаю уже не первый раз. Отель конечно не новый, но на территории Чавенга их нет)) Номера чистые, постельное белье и все остальное очень хорошее. Пожалуй лучший пляж, замечательная атмосфера. Дружелюбный персонал. Удобное расположение. Рядом замечательный итальянский ресторан Прего.Очень рекомендую.

free internet in the whole area, really nice room, free water in the minibar, free fruits at our arrival, really friendly stuff. directly on chaweng beach and just a few minutes walk from the "party zone" but still in a quiet area. construction on the streets directly in front of the hotel. very expensive drinks at the beach bar.

Petite unité de 40 chambres environ, La gentillesse des thais Position exceptionnelle au bord de mer et dans le "lagon" jardin sobre mais propre Hotel has been il a 17 ans, peintures a refaire dehors et dedans, terrasse en bois dangereuse ( clous apparents ) renseignements pris, dans les deux ans cet hotel sera détruit et reconstruit plus pres de la mer et sera plus grand. Mais cette info est a prendre sous reserve

Abituati a Egitto e Maldive ci aspettavamo residence grandi e confortevoli e mare splendido, ma Samui non e' tale. Gli alberghi sono tutti piccoli e vicini uno all'altro. Questo e' molto comodo al centro dove si puo' andare in 2 minuti a piedi alla sera, ma purtroppo e' un po' datato. Nel complesso e' comunque buono come rapporto qualita' prezzo. Le camere discrete. Non e' un complesso nuovo e si vede. Dovrebbe essere ristrutturato.

Замечательный отель. Да, несколько "поживший", но точно запоминающийся. Великолепная, с открытой в сторону моря планировкой, территория. Бассейн сделаный так, что уровень воды в перспективе совпадает с линией морского горизонта (доступ в бассейн, правда, действительно не удобен для пожилых людей или с ограниченными возможностями, и вовсе не подходит для детей). Тихо. Лучший участок пляжа на Чавенге для тех кто любит спокойную воду. Завтрак по меню. Короче, отличный отель для отдыха, но не для активной молодежи (будет скучно) и без детей(для этого нет условий). Лучше брать номера повышенной категории. Более дешевые номера не очень комфортны.

“Fantastic, wow what lovely management and staff, nothing was a bother, they were always friendly and attentive and the few staff that couldn't understand my requests because of my accent would immediately get a staff member who could help me. I cannot say enough good things about this resort. Food at Olivia's restaurant was a high standard. Beach was beautiful and clear to swim in and heaps of fun to use their kayaks for free to go exploring. We stayed in a pool Villa, absolutely beautiful and our adult children stayed in standard rooms which were just as good without the pools.
