Handy to airport, stayed one night before flight out, late checkout if you ask.

quite area away from crowded areas like patong etc, small, friendly, safe, great food,location, close to airport but no airport noise, no backpackers en masse, good for just getting away & relaxing, nothing to do but eat, sleep, relax & have a beer on the beach & enjoy the wonderful sunsets

excellent location, 4 mins from airport yet quiet, over the road to the beautiful beach, plenty of beach restaurants and a good few bars,shops and stalls...Mega fridges in the room visit the supermarket and save money on refreshing drinks..

Aircrews/ Trolley Dollies use this hotel but as their time clocks differ we had a young parting crew who were up all night.......!!! a one off I'm sure but no great problem....a punch in the face at five in the morning tends to quiet them!

Close to the airport, nice beach, restaurant, gardens, good value for money.

The swimming pool was welcome but not extra clean.

Relaxed beach side resort with three swimming pools which was excellent for adults as well as the kids. Ten minutes drive to airport as well . Reception staff were freindly and helpful .Lots of small restaurants directly accessible outside the resort and on the beach.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location close to beach.

Bed was a little hard but due to tiredness didn't stop us from sleeping soundly.

1-My reservation was for 20 nights. I asked to cancel a few nights but hotel requested for 2 nights penalty. As I informed them more than 1 week before cancellation, it was not based on booking cancellation note wich was mentioned in booking paper. 2-Too noisy in the mid nights because of travelers checking out.

Nai Yong Beach is a nice area, good location close to the airport and not too touristy.

Location is excellent,room size good. Plenty of hot water. Staff are friendly and helpful

Housekeeping never arrived before 16.00 despite "please make up room out by 9.00" as a result cleaning was often rushed and not completed fully.Balconies above us were swept straight off the edge meaning we got everyone else's rubbish.Despite this we would stay there again having stayed several times before.

I love trees and plants in the hotel. It is a well landscaped place with lots of fragranted flowers. Peaceful and green and you get the wind from the sea.

Should include breakfast w/ the room. Can ask guests the type of breakfast they like. We're not too difficult to please.

It was very close to the beach and bars/restaurants. It was clean, the room was spacious.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

15 minutes from the airport, nice & quiet beach, very relaxing. Breakfast was great, good selection & fresh cooked omelets.

Large clean fresh room. 3 clean pools. Lovely beach area in National park, 10mins walk around headland.

Position of room, hotel not on beachfront. Breakfast area not very pleasant.

I was picking friends up from the airport, to have a night before returning to Koh lanta - The hotel was in the perfect spot.

1 of the guys had a room close to reception, on the main walk way and he slept really badly in the morning - I had a room in the tropical wing, furthest away and it was so peaceful, I had a fantastic nights sleep - I have stayed here 4/5 times and these rooms are ideal.

Nice place to stay, quite good for the money we payed. We choose it mainly because of the location as it is 10 mins drive to the airport. We traveled as a young couple and would not choose the location as our holiday destination as not a lot of going on around. Very quire, so mostly families with children.

In general staff at the hotel was fine, but i didn't experience excelent hospitality through out the stay...it was quite avarage

The hotel photos on the website does not show the hotel in its true light. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was surprised to find that it is old and tired and in dire need of a renovation. The towels were grey with age, the room had many mosquitoes, the tv is not even flat screen. THe showers were not very clean.I Will definitely not go back. They did not even offer free wifi in the rooms.

Excellent airport pickup service. Much appreciated with a late arrival.

The pictures of the hotell looks much nicer than the l real apperance. Bad overpriced breakfast. Friendly staff except for the two ladies in the reception afternoons, wrong people on the wrong place!
