Nice staff, clean hotel, local market next to the hotel, just 5 minutes to the airport. Free wifi only at lobby and swimming pool area.

Close to the airport. After our disaster with the unclean room, I asked for free breakfast which they agreed to. Room was not clean when we arrived (middle of the night) and the staff on duty did not know how to clean a room. They didn't know where the sheets/pillow cases were and just gave us a new duvet cover and some towels.

close to the beach and to the airport (5min drive) we arrived at 12 and the room wasn't ready as the check i is at 2pm. Fair enough we went to the beach and came back at 4 but the room wasn't ready and we have been asked to wait 30min more. As we said no, they gave us another room with two single bed. we are a couple. We stayed there only because we wre leaving at 5am to the airport.

Good value. Nice pool, pool area and tidy gardens. Short walk to the beach. Also market nearby. Very handy for the airport but with no aircraft noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful Would like to return.

Hotel had friendly staff and was in easy walking to the village with bars and restos, also easy access to airport, brand new all at a reasonable price for the area. Not a criticism but would suggest some shade around the lovely pool area but as it is all new could be planned for the future.

Close to beach pacefull clean and good 4 chill close to airport Shuttle service non avaliable, por contact in hotel they dont answer on e-mail. After arrival to hkt you can pick up only taxi aprx 300 thb for 2 min drve. Por acces to local store, no restarants and other facilities. This is no touristis area, but nice for short stay to chill.

Have been here 3 weeks. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. The restaurant is very tasty, but a little choice. The last day for us prepared a delicious free dinner for four people.

close to the airport 5 min only, clean, new instalations, pool bar,big rooms, 5min to a nice and quite beach. Basic and value for money only if you pay 1300B, not finished yet from building, ugly building, nothing to do around. Taxi to airport 200Bahts

the hotel was next to new,the rooms and bed were very good,also the pool area was excellent. the air conditioner in the rooms are not adjustable,they are set at 24 degrees.

Very clean and nice room, with mini fridge and a big tv. Hotel is located about 200m from the main Nai Yang tourist area which makes it very near to the main restaurant street but is at the same time quiet and separated. Nice staff and also really nice pool. The beach is beautiful, not crowded and almost no waves which makes it perfect for families with small children. Wifi on the lobby is working enough to do some work. Taxi to Patong is about 700 Baht and a motorbike rent for a day 250 Baht. In conclusion I would recommend this hotel to everybody, good value for money. Breakfast was very very poor and pillows very quite hard to sleep. We booked a 45m2 room but actually the rooms aren't bigger than 30m2(MAX). Staff didn't give at first the invoice when paying in cash. You had to ask for that.
