We liked the pool and gym area. Our balcony overlooking the pool was nice. Hotel bar was very nice. The 1st room we were given had water running down the walls and the walls had large cracks in them. It also looked over the canal which is very busy and dirty. Both rooms had 1980's outdated decor, stained curtains & mouldy bathrooms. The 2nd room was not thoroughly vaccumed in the 5 nights we stayed. The airconditioning stopped working one night. Balcony flooded when it rained. No iron & ironing board or coffee machine in 2nd room. Given only one normal tea bag per day. Door staff no too keen to ensure the taxi driver used his meter. Poor location, min 10 minute walk in 30+ deg heat to sky train. No hotel shop for basic needs or nearby. Nothing but embassies surrounding the hotel. Most hotel computers in the business area are not upgraded. |

Located in the Business District, very quiet hotel, with a beautiful garden and pool area. Recommended for travellers that need to get over their jet lag. The business rooms are big (40 M²). |

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. I needed help with my TV and with an international adaptor plug; someone came to my room to assist me within 2 minutes each time. Outstanding service! Also, the staff were very friendly when dealing with my younger brother and sister and kept them entertained. Professional yet approachable. Again, outstanding customer service. |

A welcome sanctuary of tranquility amongst the hustle and bustle that is Bangkok. Very comfortable rooms, courteous and efficient staff. Hotel is in an excellent location - walking distance (about 1km) to Siam Paragon shopping centre. |

This hotel has exceptionally large garden as a hotel in the center of Bangkok. The pool in the garden is really fabulous. I felt as if I were at a gorgeous beach resort when I chilled out at the poolside. In addition, Syn bar on the lobby floor is quite cool. I highly recommend everyone to stay in a room on the garden side for the better view. |

The hotel is similar to a Resort/Spa hotel that you would normally find on a beach but in the middle of a city so perfect for relaxing after shopping or business. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Also the Staff could not have been more helpful. The prices of Food and Drink in the hotel restaurants and bars were high for Bangkok. The pool area is terrible for mosquitos after sunset which is a shame as it is a beautiful area for a quiet drink. |

the garden but there were lots of the mosquitos at night near the swimming pool -at the breakfeast there were lots and lots of people and the service was a little caotic - they need a bigger room cause everybody gt the breakfeast at the same time inside, also they should pay more atencion to the client |

The pool is really amazing - the buffet lunch for 5 baht per minute is amazing also.... the only thing that I think could be made better was the guests reserving chairs at the pool - there needs to be a system in place where if the chairs are unused for an hour that they are offered to other guests... |

Fine 5 star hotel. Nice enough, but nothing too special. Good pool area. Hotel was in good condition / well maintained as you'd expect from a place of this class, but decor and furnishings tired and predictable. There's nothing really memorable about the place. Location is a little far from most of the tourist sites in Bangkok. Stay here only if you get a good rate. |

Very friendly staff, allways a lot of people available to help you and a very nice location: when you were in the garden/ pool you didn't feel like being in the city-center at all, but like you were somewhere outside of Bangkok. The skytrain was not so close by but you could very easily travel by taxi, which was (when charged by meter) very cheap. Use of the internet was not free, but was charged per minute. |

the services and stuff were excellent The hotel location is not so comfortable. no public transportation nearby, so needs to use taxi all the time. As this consider to be luxury hotel, the taxi drivers calculate the price accordantly |

A bit far from the main road. No 7-11 around the hotel. Fitness is located outside of the hotel. In case of raining, you expect to get wet. |

市内に在りながら敷地内に緑が多く静かで、駅にも近く、ホテルの設備、室内も整い快適でした。インテリアも- 優しいアジアンテイストで心地良かったです。 朝食の価格と内容が見合っていない気がしました。 |
