Unfortunately the pool was closed and I did enjoy a swim when I last viseted

Excellent breakfast and buffet dinner. Peaceful environment. Friendly and helpful personnell. The massage across the road was excellent and professional.

Nowhere to sit and relax outside. The pool was Out of Order. But it would be nice to be have a clean quiet space around it to sit and relax in the afternoon.

All staff poor English. I waited over an hour to get a taxi. Ordered a taxi to airport the next day it never came nearly missed my flight. Breakfast poor too. Wifi did work. Pool is closed and needs totally renewing. Would never dream of staying here again.

Hotel has provided airport tranfer from hotel to airport every arrival for free. Just book seat with front desk staffs in advance,

Far from shopping mall. Can't go by walk. Swimming pool has closed for renovate on my stayed.

Very little

The room listed on website was different from what we stayed in. We're given the wrong room and had to ask to be changed. In my view this is not a 4 star hotel more like a 3 star !!! Would not stay at this hotel again.

where would i start. swiming pool closed, nowhere to sunbath, no english speaking staff building work going on from 7 30am every day, complaints not delt with, internal telephones outside bedroom dood ringing day and night,air conditioning old noisy and shocking etc etc etc.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the past 4/5 years and it is always the same. It used to have a really nice swimming pool and its cheap. You get what you pay for. The room is cheap and large , the food is cheap. It really is tailored to Thais more than westerners.

This hotel really has seen better days , they have started to do repairs and the pool is closed due to building work next to it. The rooms are old and the furniture is well past its useful time. Breakfast is the usual cold eggs and chicken frankfurters. You can do a lot better now in Udon Thani for the same money. This place needs some large investment to make it a worthy tourist hotel. It's only redeeming feature is it's close the airport which is why we stayed here for one night only.

Das einzige was an diesem Hotel zu empfehlen ist, war das Dinner Buffet, welches reichhaltig und sehr gut war.

Alles andere hat mir nicht gefallen. Angefangen beim alten und kleinen Bad und dem einfachen Zimmer, welches den Namen Luxuszimmer in keiner Weise entsprach. Ebenso schlecht war, dass keine der Damen an der Reception englisch sprechen konnte. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen.

Close to the airport (5 minutes drive) and the free shuttle this hotel offers took us promptly to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. You can see, in the lobby for example, many nice Thai style elements in decoration. This hotel prides itself in cultivating Alaskan spring temperatures in the lobby. Swimming pool was out of order during our stay due to maintenance/overhaul.

By now, this hotel could do with a make-over. The old-fashioned airco in the room offers 3 settings: deep-freeze, permafrost or cryogenic.The piping in the bathrooms is very noisy. It is a grand old place that has a little too much patina, hence the make-over suggestion.
