Good Hotel in a good location in a fair price. Excellent breakfast. The staff is nice and help you with information you need. In my second stay I got a better room at the 8th floor with a view to the city. on my last day, after checking out, they gave free of charge a room for shower and arrange just before my flight The basic rooms need some upgrade in the design. The taxi agency inside the hotel charge much more than you can find out. Some pimps in front of the hotel hassle you. |

Very nice hotel, with kind personell and amazing service. They also allowed long check out time, which I very much appreciated, nothing bad about Narai, only very positive ! Also, I really liked the breakfast, and the room service. I recommend it to everyone who want to visit Bangkok Everything was great! No complaints ! |

Friendly helpful staff, fair quality buffet breakfast, fact that the reasonable room tariff included breakfast. Inconvenient location. No coffee shop outside meal hours. The fact that the hotel - after many years - has not eliminated the serious taxi problem at entrance to hotel. |

The proximity of the hotel to where I was doing my business and the cooperation for my request for a late check out at 4pm. Also the availability of free wireless internet in my room. No Thai food available in the hotel except for room service!! which I had and it was very good. |

In general, the hotel is of high quality, if you do not mind living near an ancient graveyard across the street. The skytrain is a bit far. The hotel provide no information about the airport bus stop just 100 meter away from the hotel (there is not even a stop sign there). Since the stop is so close, the hotel should provide all its guest the bus route (Airport AE1) as well as schedule, however, it did not at all. |

+ Clean room and bathroom. + Polite room cleaning ladies wih good hospitality. + Good breakfast. - Carpet in the room. - Air conditioner in the room was a little bit noisy. - The hotel staff tried to sell taxi-services every time you left the hotel or enetered the hotel. After two days I felt this disturbing. - Cleaning ladies (housekeepers) were talking too loudly on the floor corridor starting at 7 o'clock every morning. - Telephone was often ringing on the floor corridor outside my roo |

Hotel level is as fare as 4 star. Room was clean, good and comfortable. Room is normal size as global wide, but is not large as a kind of other wide room hotels in Bangkok. Staff was normal as global wide, but was not same as special smiling country in the world. It is in the middle of city. There are many good restaurants and good massage shops around hotel. You can enjoy as couple or family. |
