The staff is very very kind. They helped us to organise our movements in thailand and our excursion. There's also a guide in the guesthouse..
Wifi sometimes doesn't work
Great staff! Didn't all speak English but all try to help you with everything you need. Room is very simple but that's what you pay for. Owner and staff were amazing when we were in a rush to catch the train! We will come back when we visit Chiang Mai again
Rooms are very basic but contain the essential. Best option for backpackers who want private room.
Communicating in English can be a problem depending on who is in duty. No AC if you care about that, but that's clear if you read carefully when booking.
All of it: the room was clean and very cute, the staff very kind
This is guest house is very basic but offers good value for money. Our room was small but with the requested two separate beds (not possible in all hotels) We had our own bathroom with toilet and warm water shower. There is no breakfast service but there are enough places in the city where it is possible to eat something. To get to the inner city is about five minutes’ walk. The lady that is always available does not speak English but she tries to make you comfortable any way possible. When the language really becomes a problem she just calls somebody who does speak English who can help translate. This is a good place to stay if you are out adventuring all day and are looking for an basic and affordable hotel with friendly staff not to far from the city center.
It is clever to take the small map with hotel location with you when you go out. Most tuk-tuk/taxi drivers do not know the name of the small street where the hotel is located.
Owner was nice and helpful with all kinds of stuff.Room and bathroom are a bit too small but OK to use.Good location easy access to the old own and other view sights.
Rooms r too small, should have more plugs for charging.
The was a cute little place very sufficicient for our needs, very clean and comfortable especially for a hostel, all beds in thailand are a little hard and these were some but loved the light weight down bedding and the ceiling fan actually did a decent job of keeping us cool at night. It's right on the corner of town, short walk to lots of great places, I would stay here again especially for the value and being able to have a private room for our group of 4.
It's pretty much what I expected, nothing bad really to report.
A great location near to great bars & street food!
Quiet place close to the old city
To go to the old city, one has to cross two roads with heavy traffic. Take care, guys!
Great staff, clean comfy rooms. Good location half way between old town and night market.
We had a twin room which was a little small. This should not put you off booking though.
Very friendly and helpful staff on site. Rooms good for the money.
Can be noisy from fellow guests, neighbours, water pump, a/c. Bit out of the way needing a walk of about 15 to 30 minutes to access sites, restaurants etc but outweighed by price of rooms and lovely staff. Belongings felt safe and secure in the room.
The woman at the reception was very helpful (but she was hardly there) Location is at the beginning of the city center, so not too busy clean
Wifi very weak on the first floor (english speaking) staff BARELY there, we always had to call her through the cleaning lady for information little noisy, windows had no glass
Very good location, close to downtown, but away from crowed places. Nice and confortable room.
They never cleaned our room in three nights. No breakfast options in the area. Shower is small and tight.
ease of booking
very small rooms no mirror in room poor lock on door no soap in bath air con questionable photos on internet a little more than real. should be listed a 1/2 star staff very nice but value poor.
very casure. very relax.
room is small but not a big problem under the low price.
The staff Verry friendly
Great location. Free wi-fi in room. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. They let me leave my suit case at the hotel for 3 days while I went trekking. Hot shower!
Hard beds. Not much sound proofing in the walls so you can hear your neighbours.
The main advantage to this place is that it is a great value for where it's located in relation to the old city. Just outside, accessible by walking, even easier on a bicycle or motorbike. The place itself is pleasant, clean, but nothing fancy. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The room was fairly plain and a bit cold, but that won't be a problem most days of the year in Thailand.
The room is too small. The most important thing is, it's smelly as the doors are newly painted.
Just one person spoke english and she was never there
cost effective！Owner can speak English and is very nice so there is no problem in communication! Moreover, the location is good. If u wanna experience local life, this is a better choice than some high class hotel.
The shower smells and it is very small.
Not a cosy atmosphere. Bed sheets paper thin and bed hard as a rock. Cramped room.No one to ask for information one had to call the owner to get directions and she said just ask the taxi driver. Overall I would not recc!omend.
The service is good.
It is too noisy.
