Very good location, near from Chiang Mai Gate and Taipei Gate, as well as Sat.night market. The staffs wiht good English, one with good Chinese. they can provide good tour guidance. Room was clean, and a beautiful porch in 2F. good wifi. simply breakfast with toast and fruit jam, juicer.
the shower was not comfortable, and ants in room.
Chiang Mai Zoo.
Beautiful decorations, like the peacocks in the stairway.
The location is in the old town, and it's convenient
The room is simple and not so good
Great location Clean Safe Staff was very helpful with food and activity suggestions
Shower water temperature and pressure was inconsistent
Stuff was really friendly even the cook, rooms were simple but clean, tasty breakfast had fresh fruits, open till 12, great location in city centre, pleasant terrase upstairs.they helped us out to shorten our stay due to bad weather even if it meant less profit for them.
One of the receptionists didnt speak really good english otherwise friendly.
Great location. Quiet, but still close to everything in the centre of town. Friendly, helpful staff. Basic breakfast of toast and fruit. Large bathroom (considering what is usually offered at this price).
Even though you don't really need the AC at night, I didn't want to leave my windows open as there is no lock on the screen and anyone can walk by and open it up. I know a screen isn't a lot of protection, but a locked screen is at least a deterrent.
Close to the Wat Chedi Luang; Quiet; Friendly staff; Beautiful building
Big ants; It would be noisy if you live in the room of 1st floor; Dark in room
The staff is very friendly and helpful, a quite place comparing to places near the night market. The balcony is adorable. A recommended place
The staff was good and really helpful The laundry was cheaper than a lot of places you can find in Chiang Mai. Simple but clean. Bottle of water added every day in the room for no extra charges.
Could be slightly cheaper. In a small street so hard to find the first time.
Location, big rooms, king-size beds, cable, fridge, breakfast available until 11.
Very limited breakfast, but really there's very little to complain about.
Walking distance to most of the tourist spot in the old city. Simple room with necessary facility, such as heater, tv, hair dryer and fridge inside room. However, breakfast is too simple with only toast and jam.
The staff were very helpful and polite The location was perfect. It was only walking distance to the walking street market (in the old city) and the two temples. Affordable and comfortable when on a budget. Wifi was good.
The bathroom sink was covered in ants at night and the shower wasn't great.
The main reception guy was really helpful organising trips, getting us tuktuks to save us wandering around. Hotel was basic but nice & clean with lovely seating area outside rooms.
Breakfast was very basic eg cornflakes toast jam & fruit. Jam had bugs in it done days. Fine if your happy with a basic place
Location, community balcony, simple but comfortable room facilities, friendly and helpful staff, can organize vehicle rentals and day trips, clean, quiet
A/C didnt cool the whole room, wifi sometimes disconnected, old TV set in room wasn't necessary
- location is awesome - staff is extremely helpful and nice - rooms are cleaned and tidy, towels and bed are fresh. Overall impression is very good. Price is not high, internet worked fine, there is a nice terrace to sit in the evening and have some rest. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
- Breakfast is quite poor. - Walls are so thin that you can hear everything from outside and rooms nearby. But that does not really matter when you come back from a long walking and fall asleep immediately :)
Situated in the old town, friendly staff, booking for tours at reception for normal price(cookingschool) taxi to airport at request early
Floors looked not to clean, safe box was not attached to something! Overpriced for anything, better hotels and guesthouses just outside the old town. Tip: rent a scooter and you have no quarrels for locations. Cheap and fun to drive in Chiang Mai.
It was a nice place for the money, we really like that they cleaned our room every day.
The receptionist were not always friendly except the young gentleman who was always friendly.
Rental scooters and bicycles available Free Wifi Good eating places nearby In Chang Mai city centre
The staff was excellent and thier service was 10/10
Old, bathrooms are beyond strange, breakfast, noisy.
