Natural Wing Health Spa and Resort  

My wife was very satisfied with her massage and the face treatment. For myself it was the best massage ever, and I know what a good massage is :-). We also loved the Thai authentity of the place, which is very hard to find nowadays in Thailand. Thanks for making our last day in Koh Samui so wonderful.

The room was nice and clean and looked good

The staff were really rude and when we arrived for some reason seemed to be suspicious that we would not pay even though we gave them our credit card and passports? I left a day earlier than my friend and asked for a taxi to the pier which was 200 baht ok price but still more expensive than a regular taxi . My friend who was staying in the room having left all her luggage there wanted a lift to a shop just down the road in the way to the peir which we explained. There was a lot of telephoning from staff to reception and for some reason they seemed anxious that we were leaving even though my friend was still in the room as were all her belongings.and we had explained the situation more than once. They eventually sent two members if staff with me in the taxi. They started going the wrong way and when I tried to explain no one would listen until we were on the way to the wrong pier. I had said I needed the ferry to thongsala they didn't listen and were going to put me on the ferry to koh pangan . Eventually after ringing reception multiple times they started in the right direction but when we got to the other pier began to ask for three hundred baht even though I had payed and agreed the price . The other pier is about ten minutes drive not far and definatly not a 300 baht journey as the ferry itself costs 500 this is rediculuos. I have no idea why the staff decided my friend snd I would try to skip paying our bill ? If we were trying to do so surely we would not have ordered one of their taxis ! The whole time the staff were just asking us questions about when we would pay even though we had payed when we arrived ! It was really rude and a bad end to the trip it's not nice to be made to feel dishonest when you have done nothing wrong. This hotel is not worth a visit as even though the rooms are nice the staff are ignorant and rude so who wants to stay in a place where you are made to feel stressed and like you have done something wrong!!

Location. There aren't many places open nearby and need either taxi or scooter (15 -20 min) to go to main streets w shops, pubs and restaurants. It wasn't a big problem though.

Good food lovely friendly staff massages excellent and the Rooms they,re done in are gorgeous The tamarind & ginger welcome drink Beach towels in a lovely basket sturdy safe in each room we had a garden room and the view is wonderful

Needs a little upkeep here and there. The wonderful outside shower room had a rotten window frame. how it goes due to design but the glass could fall and therefore needs maintaining. looked at the beach rooms which were gorgeous but you have to cross a busy road to get to restaurant/ reception

Staff were excellent and location was fantastic!

So many Mosquitos- ? Due to the vegitation??

The little bungalow was lovely and felt special. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help. I enjoyed my spa treatment and would recommend going.

The computers had no Internet and although the staff were very friendly and let me use the reception computer, I felt uncomfortable spending a lot of time on it. I also met a friend who had booked us into a day at another spa and I was made to feel a bit guilty about this by one member of staff.

арендовать транспорт у них не рекомендую - разводят на бабло за какие-то непонятные миллиметровые полуцарапинки, которые, скорее всего, уже были.

Sehr gute Lage fuer einen stressfreien Aufenthalt!

Eine sehr schöne Anlage. das Restaurant war sehr gut, auch das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend.

In der direkten Umgebung ist nur ein kleines Restaurant, ein sehr kleiner Supermarkt, sonst eigentlich nichts. Dadurch natürlich sehr ruhig, wir haben es als Ausgangsbasis für Unternehmungen genutzt.

Le personnel souriant et courtois La végétation. Petite maison accueillante typique thaïlandais Proximité du bord de mer et son calme?.

Centre isolé,loin des restaurants et magasins surtout quand on est à pied.

The receptionist when we arrive was very friendly and helpful.

The personel barely spoke english and although we booked twin beds, they initially had put us to a double bed room...
