I liked the location of the hotel. It wasn't too far from the busy hussle but it was quite enough at night. |

The comfort and service of the hotel was fantastic. We arrived at 7am in the morning but was able to check into our room which was fantastic!! It was a little bit of calm in a bustling city and the rooftop pool was amazing for cooling off in the heat!! |

location on river is good and neighborhood has lots of small shops and restaurants . bathroom amenities are very limited - no tooth brush or tooth paste , had to constantly ask for more soap, no hair conditioner , quality of shampoo and skin lotion was low. no bathrobe. |

The Navalai River Resort was very close to Khao san road which is excellent as you didnt even need to get a taxi. The staff were excellent and the restaurant was good too! Everything was good! |

Riverside location and ease of access to river taxi The room allocated was on the road side of the hotel which proved to be quite noisy at night and as we had a very early departure the intended good nights sleep was not fully realised. |

I thought the hotel had great style, I very much enjoyed the roof top pool and felt very relaxed during my stay. I would definately stay here again. |

Very good location near Khao San Road, Choa Phraya (Express Boat station in front of the hotel) and King Palace. Nice rooms and great rooftop swimming pool with city view panorama. Excellent breakfast buffet, overall price was worth it. |

Convenient location, right on the river, and right at a Pier. Pool was nice. Restaurant had great food and service. A little noisy as a lot of construction happening around the hotel, but mostly it started and stopped at a fairly reasonable hour. |

The hotel has an excellent location, staff are uber-friendly and we were allowed an early check-in which was most welcome after the long haul flight. The restaurant is good value, the food quite tasty and the deck has nice views to the river. Also liked the rooftop swimming pool which has some spectacular city views, even though my girlfriend thought the pool to be a little cloudy! There is not much to whinge about with this hotel, however the construction work next door made things a little noisy at times. |

We really enjoyed our stay at the Navalai.It is in a great area and being right on the river next to a ferry stop,makes travel around Bangkok easy.The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful.They have a nice dining area overlooking the river where we enjoyed our buffet breskfasts. |
