I liked that the staff were helpful when needed, and the attached restaurant served very good, affordable food I did not like that we were told we could check in after 13:00, and when we arrived at 15:00, we had to wait 20 minutes before being able to go to the room. I also did not like the fact that the photo's used are very out of date and do not reflect how the rooms actually look now. That said, the rooms are still clean and good. |

I liked the friendly & helpful staff as well as the location to the airport since I had a short stay & were there for only two nights (transit). As well as the good standard of the rooms according to the very affordable price. In short terms: An excellent choice of accomodation for my stay. |

The people who work there seem to all be students and are very, very helpful. When I asked how to get to the Ancient City, the woman looked up the buses for me and mapped out my way for me. This is not a resort. It is barely a hotel that holds up to the 2 star hotel I stayed in on Phra Sumen earlier in the trip. The pictures show furniture that must have been there in the beginning, but no longer resembles the room. There are no doorknobs on the doors, only a lock--other rooms have padlocks! |

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr Freundlich Das Hotel liegt im Industrieviertel und ohne Taxi oder Mietauto nicht erreichbar.Die Umgebung ist eher nicht Touristen freundlich. |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufrichtig bemüht. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Ungezwungenes Wohnen. Hotel liegt in Flughafennähe und es existiert ein kostenloser Shuttleservice. Sehr preiswert und unkompliziert. Der Abholservice hat leider nicht funktioniert - wir haben uns nicht gefunden Allerdings war jemand am Flughafen um uns abzuholen - vermutlich zu spät oder am falschen Ort. Das Problem wurde zu unserer Zufriedenheit gelöst. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht sehr schön aber für den Preis war alles wirklich in Ordung. Der kostenlose Bringservice hat dann gut funktioniert! |
