The restaurants across the street fron the resort were good

The staff was far far from friendly it was family run and it seemed as though you being there was an inconvenience to them the rooms were dirty the bathrooms had serious mold issues and the walls needed a wash in the whole room .the resort was tired and looked it the grounds where not kept well the restaurant food was overpriced 2 Canadian dollars for a cup of instant coffee wow the power went out one morning and although the staff new about it the day before and knew it would be off till 4 in the afternoon they failed to give any notice to their guests we talked to at least 4 different guests and none knew at one time I believe this resort was probably excellent in many eyes a friendly smiling face goes a long way in my opinion and none are found there!

Good swimming pool, and good view but the beach is not so good

Very far away! The beach is not so good, and the good beaches are really far The room is ugly. The fridge was not working. There was insects in the room all the time. The bathroom is durty

It was right on the beach and had great views, the Pool was nice and clean. The staff was friendly during the week. You could rent a scooter right there that was very nice.

The bungalow was nice , but the beds were terrible, very uncomfortable, very thin sheets with tears in them. We had to get a broom and sweep the room before we used it, the towels were also threadbare. The staff cleaning the room would leave sheets to make the bed only putting on the bottom sheet. The weekend staff was surly at best.

The location was quiet, and looked inviting with a lovely pool, perfect if you want to chill out as being in Mae Nam it is very quiet.

The food was atrocious, even the basic Thai food! It was ok if you were hungry but to be fair , you would be better of walking down the beach to the Chill out bar or further! The staff were very amateurist, instead of hanging back before wanting there attention, they would hang around your table, and on some occasions lounge about in the same area as the customer, very un-professional.

I loved the clean bungalow directly on the beach. Sitting on the terrace, whatching the palm trees and listening to the sound of the waves was just great for me!

Every thing all right!

The bungalows are located in an enjoyable and relaxing environment. The breakfast proposed is sufficient & good & can be taken near the sea (+++). The menu proposed by the restaurant is good but a little expensive. In conclusion, a pleasant stay at the resort.

Many stones in the sea probably due to the restoration of a wall. No closet in the bungalow - when additional bed, lack of space in the bungalow

LOW STANDARDS avevo prenotato un 'ora prima dell'arrivo e resomi conto degli standard di pulizia della camera (che comunque mi sono fatto sostituire) ho deciso di andarmene ma si sarebbero tenuti i soldi.la struttura in generale è mal conservata

Super tolle Lage der Strand- und Gartenbungalows. Sehr ruhig. Erholsam. Trotzdem alles gut zu erreichen, die Insel zu erkunden.

personalet kunne engels - det lå dejligt lige ned til stranden - stedets resturant var rigtig god med fin udvalg incl europæisk mad - personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme - vi forlængede vores ophold -

skiltninge er ok - nede af vejen kunne godt stå et skilt til højre - vi passerede et fint hotel og skulle ned ad en grusven med huller det kan nok få nogle til at tro at de er på gal vej men der står faktisk et skilt. De har ikke engtlige brochure om hvad man kan lave på øen - ikke mange ihvertfald - jeg kunne godt have brugt en koge keddel som der altid er i england

Vänlig personal, fin trädgård, kanonläge på stranden, bra med pool och dusch i anslutning till den.

Man var hänvisad till att äta på hotellet alt. någon restaurang längs stranden då det var långt till andra matställen utmed huvudgatan.

Die Lage, die Nähe zum Strand.

Zustand der Matratze. Das Frühstück, sehr einseitig, Saft nicht frisch gepresst, Instantkaffee, immer nur Toastbrot, nie Wurst oder Käse. Das Essen im Restaurant war überteuert, im Vergleich zu anderen Ressorts. Nur sehr kleine Portionen. Die Fotos im Internet sollten den realen Zustand der Anlage wiedergeben. Leere Flaschen standen manchmal mehrere Tage in der Anlage herum. Das Personal war nicht besonders aufmerksam.

Le bungalow, bien équipé et propre. La clim fonctionnait correctement. Le petit déjeuner était bon et relativement copieux. La piscine très agréable et la situation de l'hôtel au bord de la plage également, facile d'aller se balader au bord de l'eau ou se baigner.

Les gérantes. Désagréable sensation de moquerie incessante, pas du tout prêtes à aider.

Die Anlage ist einfach und ruhig gelegen und die Bungalows sind relativ sauber, allerdings bereits sehr abgewohnt, schöner Garten und nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer.Wer keine großen Ansprüche hegt, ist dort richtig.

Bei Flut gibt es gar keinen Strand und die Wellen platschen gegen eine Mauer, die am "Strand" verläuft. Das Meerwasser ist dort sehr trüb und schmutzig Die Speisen im Hotelrestaurant sind im Gegensatz zur Ausstattung der Anlage überteuert, an der Straße gibt es Restaurants für den halben Preis und sind viel schmackhafter . Die Steinwege im Resort sind sehr kofferunfreundlich, man verliert die Räder der Koffer.

海景很美，餐厅的位置也很美，早餐不错，海水很清澈，能看到有鱼，离沙滩很近，酒店附近也有便利店，性价比- 比较高，房间空间也很足，绿化很好，看到的星星也多，很舒服！

房间WIFI不行，没有热水壶，没有中文服务

tous les ingrédiants sont réunis pour rater ses vacances la direction sourie que quand elle fait les factures les bungalows sont trop petit ( 10 m2 maxi )et vieillot le ménage et fait tous les jours mais olé olé pas de coup de balais et encore moins de serpilliere le petit déj plusque léger et pas raffiné transat déglingués pas de parasol pas de plage a marée haute le top c'est le resto .. il a dut etre correct il y a 30 ans la cuisine est moyenne mais les prix sont trop elevés cet hotel ne devrais pas etre proposé par booking je ne sait pas comment cet hotel a eu 3 étoiles

Отношение персонала ужасное, ни кому ты не нужен, пытаются по возможности "нагреть" на деньги!

-Schöne Lage -Leider nur 1 Tag an diesem Ort wir hätten es auch länger ausgehalten. -Super Strandbungalow 5m bis zum Strand -Großes Bad viel Platz im Bungalow

-knappes Frühstück -etwas abgelegen

Fruehstuecksbuffett war sehr duerftig!!!!
