Quite, good room, but not the same like in a picture, looks old. Nice pool.good sea view

Beach is rocky if you wanna come to full moon party-too far(40 min)and expensive for one night

Very cheap, bungalwos built in in front of the coast.

Too far from haad riin, about 50 minutes!! Not all the staff can speak english and sometimes it's difficult to explain or ask something. The water is cold

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The rooms were nice and had a view of the beach. The food was not the very best but did the job. Full moon party is 40 mins away from the hotel by road and there are cabs easily available (200 thb per head). The pool was clean.

The toilet in the room needed some cleaning. Other than that every thing was fine.

La Struttura con pisscine e bungalow in legno apparentemente carini, è dotata di camere molto sporche e con piccoli animaletti trovati anche nelle lenzuola.

Sporco e pieno di animaletti ed insetti anche nelle lenzuola del letto.

酒店本身性价比高，独立木屋每晚800株，从Tongsala码头去酒店要100株，酒店下面的沙滩的沙子- 不是很细，可以到附近hard yao，距离fullmoon party有点远，大概骑摩托需要40分钟，双条车大概需要200株，如果是参加fullmoonpart- y的建议不要住在这边。

единственное, что понравилось в этом отеле - это вид с бассейна на закат.

пляжа тут вообще нет, номер ни разу не убрали за 3 дня!

Unique and interesting grounds. Great views.

1. Should have had better lit pathway or directional signs to your bungalow, as it was difficult to find on the long, dark, and curvy pathways. May need to bring a flash light. 2. Didn't feel the staff was very helpful. I felt like I was bugging them when asked them any simple questions. For example: how do I get WiFi or is there a map for the surrounding city? I ended up feeling way more comfortable booking my activities down the road.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. The pool was nice. Location is ok. There is a small sandy area at the bottom of the hill, not a beach, but there is a small path leading to Haad Chao Phao.

I had a room by the pool, its is ok- but small, furniture are old and almost does not serve its purpose. Path to the other room close to the beach could be a problem for people with heavy luggage's. The path are uneven and steep.

Kein Strand, sehr sehr unfreundliches Personal, offenes Bad (Tiere), Frühstück wurde uns vorenthalten obwohl es im zimmerpreis inbegriffen war (am dritten von vier Tagen erhielten wir dank booking endlich Frühstück aber leider mit Ameisen !!!!!!!), ungünstige Lage, viele tote Mücken im Shampoo

Chambre pas propre. Taches sur les serviettes et les draps. Piscine sale. Pas d'acces a la plage.

The staff were nice. The pool was nice.

I would describe the room as a jungle hut with open floor boards. It was worse than camping. We were suppose to stay 3 nights but checked out after one. The room was dirty, there were bugs everywhere. No blankets provided. Mosquito net was very dirty so we didn't use it. Eaten by bugs!! The steps down to all the huts are very unsafe. They are just concrete slabs mixed in with the bushes that are uneven and covered in moss so they are extremely slippery. The location is very far away from main part of the island. Very limited shops near the hotel. Would not recommend staying there. Ever!

The location & views were beautiful, Staff/Owners were fabulous.

The Rooms were clean but could do with some work, the bathroom was run down and the bungalow moved when walking around the room, the pillows were rock hard.

Pool was nice.

We had booked to stay in the basic fan bungalows which were relatively clean but had large gaps between the floor boards so if you dropped anything small, you're not seeing it again. We thought that breakfast would be included in our room price but this turned out not to be the case. We were told that this was because we were in a fan room but talking to other guests they had the same problems despite staying in superior accommodation. The hotel itself is not in a great location as there are only a few restaurants in the local town which is about a 15 minute walk away.

The cheapest rooms have floorboards with an inch of space between them and very old, dirty linnen. We upgraded to an aircon room which meant byebye view. Not too big a deal considering we were next to the pool now. Marvelous view there, but a swim and dive caused an eye infection which needed treatment. Other guests also had complaints like this. Besides all this we had a giant spider in the bathroom (open bricks for ventilation), a few cockroaches the next day, a constantly gay porn watching shemale host at reception...no beach after walking down a 100 steps. The shore of Haad Yao is gorgeous, but in the middle of nowhere. No problem if you're in a proper resort for a family holiday. Niron is in one word: terrible. We re-located to Black and White guesthouse in Haad Rin. Marvelous.
