So many mosquitos in the room made it too hard to sleep..
Reception lady was very nice and friendly. Helped us to organise our trips. Location was good, close to the old city. Great value for what you pay

No internet connection and the location wasn't that great. Most taxi drivers had no idea where to find the hotel and the business card did not have the Thai translation.
Staff and cleanliness of the room

the hotel pictures on website are way too better than the real look, things look old. there are ants on wall and one or two on bed. The most disgusting part is bed bugs, after the first night me and my boyfriend had a lot of skin rashes. We first thought it was mosquitos bites, but found out they were bed bug bits. The overnight staff had attitude, not helpful at all.
The location of the hotel is ok, very close to a wet market where is very convinence for freat food. The daytime front desk boy and the lady are very friendly and helpful.

Don't rent a car with them, it is the same boss and they rent us a very very very bad and not secure car !! Go to the center of the town to rent a car !!! We want a taxi to go to the railway station and we pay the hotel in order to pick us to the station (the receptionist was our driver !)
Location, 24/7 staff

Wifi is not good. The price from booking is not that cheap.
I really recommended the location, very close to Chiangmai gate market and Saturday bazaar market. Staffs are nice and friendly. We can even rent bike from the store in the first floor.

This hotel is walking distance to the centre to visit all of the beautiful temples. The staff were wonderful and organised an elephant trek day trip for us. This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and would keep coming back. It's basic, but superb value for money. They'll also bring you to the airport for 100 baht.

Mosquitoes! The first few nights were fine but the last night was a feeding frenzy and I was live bait! Someone left a screen open or something and our room was full of them!
Close to all the major markets (Saturday mkt ~1min, Sunday mkt ~20min, Night-Bazaar ~20min),clean and comfortable rooms, and easy to book tours thru hotel.

The wi-fi was very poor. They really need to improve this point.
In general, it´s a good hotel. Great localization, awesome and friendly staff always available to help. Rooms re very big, the bed is very comfortable. If you wish to stay in Chiang Mai i recommend this hotel

The understanding of cleanness is very poor (dirty towels, dirty floor). Wifi was very slow.
The location is really good-just a few steps from the centre. The market is there (incl. Saturday market) supermarkets either. There are a lot of good and cheap restaurants around. Convenient both, for reaching the train station and the airport

The bed was horribly hard. The hardest bed in Thailand.
It was just 2 minutes from a great food market and 15 minutes from the night Bazar. The staff was also very kind

Large room Clean Good location Fridge Linen changed daily

Staff doesn't speak one word of English. We asked for a double bed but we got two beds connected together.
Hotel was very close to center, just in front of Saturday night market and only 10 minutes walk from Sunday market. Room was nice and clean.

2 minutes walk from foodmarket

the furniture in the room are all too simple, and there is no bath supplies in the bathroom.
Not bad, and the reception and services are really good, they can help everything you want.

friendly staff, good location, clean room, cheap price

Having booked well in advance, I arrived to find that there were a lot of Chinese tourists in town because of the New Year and the hotel had sold my room out from under me. While displaying a bland indifference to the cause of my problem, they did suggest I spend the first night at an alternative hotel in the same group (Noble Place) and drove me there, only to find that this hotel had no rooms either. They suggested a third hotel in the group (Noble U House) where I eventually spent the night. By this time I was about 2 Kilometers out of town and facing the added cost of transport to get back in during the evening. The hotel itself does not get a good review from me - see separate review to be submitted. Having been promised a room at Noble House for the rest of my stay, I returned next morning to find that this was not actually true and they were prepared to send me back out into the wilderness. I gave up and relocated to a Guest House - Noble Homestay - again in the Noble group but a much better prospect and I spent the rest of my stay there. Again, I will review it separately. So, Booking.com, well done! When you tell me I have got the 'best deal', it's probably a good idea to ensure that the hotel is not overbooking because they have guaranteed instant sales.
Staff drove me to alternate locations.

Lots of comings and goings from the hotel. Some customers were very noisy..slamming doors as they went back and forth from room to room.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. One young women went out of her to find a yoga studio with a good reputation.
