freindly staff and clean hotel .
far from night market . to many mosquitos in the toilet .
Clean, simple little place, spacious rooms w/ balcony, nice bathroom with hot water. The staff's attitude made the difference for me. I love to be made felt welcome and these folks did a good job. I would stay again.
Excellent staff, big clean room, air con, TV and wifi all worked well.
Cleanliness location to night bazaars and markets great staff location to airport felt safe
The location and price.
Nothing in particular.
staff sent the postcard for me, thank you very much!
very good location, very friendly and helpful staffs, clean, cheap and large room with bacony
wifi linking not very fast, sometimes cannot link; air-con a little bit too noisy
The room was very big and clean.Place is very conveniently
I really feel we got out monies worth at this hostel. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They booked everything for us and even got us discounted price from leaflets.
Wifi was a bit temperamental and they could maybe do with having some form of food and drink facilities on sale.
Staff was excellent and very attentive, the wifi was free and I had a strong signal on the fifth floor. Everything you need is right out the lobby door, food, stores and transportation.
The pillows were way to hard other than that all was good.
Very helpful staff, great location and amazing value for money. Booking activities through the hotel reception will give you a good discount :) When the staff came to clean my room during my stay, I noticed that they even emptied my bag of fruit peels but picked out the uneaten fruit and put them in a separate bag. I thought that was the sweetest and most considerate thing.
The lift doesn't take you directly to your floor and you have to walk up some extra stairs, but it was nothing major.
Very good and clean hotel. Recently renewed. Big room, good wifi. Very nice staff. Close to old city - just 2-3min to city walls. Downstairs is a motorbike shop and rental that we've used. Also, close to nice bakery and the good, small restaurants.
Spacious, well-designed, quiet public space. Polite and friendly staff. Quiet location away from main tourist areas.
The price is reasonable. Booking online was easy and reliable. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good view from the balcony. Hotel was within walking distance to markets and many amenities and not too far from night bazaar. But by far the best thing about Noble House is Nana. The petite Thai lady who seemingly ran the whole place was an absolute delight. So friendly and helpful, Nana booked all our activities and train tickets, directed and advised us on all our inquiries. She gave us great deals on just about everything we did and even remembered to book us an early cab ride to the train station on our last day. She was juggling so many things when we last spoke, but she never failed to come through. She was ALWAYS there when we needed her, except when we left so we never got to properly thank her. Hopefully she reads these reviews because: WE LOVE YOU NANA!
Nothing to not like, except maybe the open shower which gets the bathroom wet, but it's no big deal.
The rooms are certainly spacious; and not uncomfortable. The decoration is starting to look a little tired. The location is good - in an area with several restaurants, both Thai and foreign. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, good value.
As other reviewers have pointed out, the smell from the drains can be a bit unpleasant. I poured some bleach down the drain, and that seemed to help a bit. The wifi connection near Reception was good, but on the 3rd floor, I had to re-connect to the internet every 3 or 4 minutes.
Good location: 200m from the great night food market in the chiang mai gate. Rooms were OK.
Bad wifi, a lot of noise in the hallway and when you shower, the bathroom is covered in water in no time. (No curtain)
The girl at the front desk is really kind and good at English, btw, the location is also good, not noisy at night and u can rent a motor there, everything I experienced is awesome.
all is good
Staff very polite and helpful, toors can be organized to good conditions, very clean and comfortable rooms, 5 mins to the markets, we even had a balcony to the silent backyard
squeaking bed, rooms are not soundproof,
El staff no tiene mucho conocimiento.
I like all the staff, the place was always clean and tidy. very accessible and walking distance from the Chiang Mai Gate Markets.
I like having to go home. I really wanted to stay longer.
The availalbility of Penny, the receptionist
Very good location-near to saturday market, helpful staff
Poor wifi connection
Bearing in mind this is a low budget hotel it is excellent value. The hotel is spotlessly clean with bed linens and towels being automatically changed daily which is unheard of even in 5* accommodations. The rooms although basic, ours was 310, were spacious and being at the back very quiet. The only negatives we found were that there was no safe in the room (though reception staff were happy to store our valuables in their safe) and there was no tea/coffee facilities but there again it is a budget hotel.
