The room was very clean. The view was fantatstic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The in-room pc was fantastic for uploading pics and vids of my time there. Again the hotel staff especially Ms. Niu (It was my first time in Thailand and she advised me of were and not to go) were all very helpful and pleasant.

That my time there was too short. Getting around was a little daunting but, after a while not an issue really.

Over all, nothing...

The location is too bad. Also, there is ONLY one elevator and too small which let you wait more than 4 to 5 minutes to get in.

The general service especially at Front Desk was not good. No one spoke English properly. Later than expected checkin into the room. The room maids were not trained well to behave with guests. Small room size

For the money that we paid, I think its a good deal and you can't expect much from them.

The staff were not friendly and The light in the room's corridor was spoiled. We asked them to fix it and they did not during our 2 nights stay.

TV Programmes russian , no food , fridge space taken up by very expensive Items car park flooding and having bto move cars from the front of mine as the carpark staff were asleep in his box room

Nice small hotel, but avoid top floor(8) as there is quite loud noise coming from the roof. Water pump, generator or something like that. Makes it difficult to sleep in the night. Tried to change my room but all full I was told. Their credit card system didnt work at check out so I had to pay for telephone minibar in cash euros at very bad rate. Has to be fixed. Other than that all was good.

We had choose an executive room ecause we like the picture and the layout of it, but when we got there they give us a double room saying that was the regular executive and if we want the same of the picture of what we book it would be more expansive. After calling booking.com and that lady said there is nothing she can do for us !!! So I went to talk with the general manager that agrees to give us the room that we paid for!!! And that he was making us a favor!!! Plus that double room #410 , the shower floor and the walls corners were all black mold infected!!!!!

Major problem with the free Wi-fi in the room, very slow connection speed, frequent disconnection. Resorted to using my own mobile broadband which also had problems due to dead spots in coverage. Needs a major overhaul. Location not too convenient, but after becoming familiar with area and transport, not too much of a problem.

Its very difficult to choose what we loved about Nova Gold.As I was travelling with my family with two small kids, we wanted a place that is not in middle of hustle bustle of Pattaya and at the same time, it should not be far away. As we reached, we knew that we have made right choice. Check in process was very smooth with bright smile from receptionist. Hotel staff was very helpful.I Wanted wifi to be installed on my laptop. They just took 10 mins to resolve the issue even using their own converter pin for my laptop charger. Special mention here for front office girl Emy. She is a wonderful lady and was so affectionate towards my 8 months daughter. Best part of Nova Gold is their tuk tuk services to main road or Big C and if you want them to pick u up from main road or Big C, all you need a call to front desk.Tuk Tuk will reach there in 5-10 mins to pick u up. Whenever we visit Pattaya next, we will definitely stay at Nova Gold and will recommend it to people travelling with family. You will feel very safe with little noise or disturbance even in middle of night

Some problems with hot water, but i was given another room and everything was good.

Staff were great and so friendly and went out of their way to do anything that we wanted.hotel was not in great location-too far to shopping and beach and nightlife.pool was a dissapointment.overall the staff made this hotel great.
